WilgusIQ — Local services in Springfield

Please note, the following review is of my experience and only factual events. My personal opinion of the business and/or its associates involved is not reflected below. Also, you should note, I never personally attack any business or its associates. My reviews are of the events that took place and your opinions can be formed from that.

Additionally, I should note that, I understand every business needs to conduct their business in a way to deliver excellent products and service. However, my experience was very frustrating because of the guidance given.

I’m sure this place has quality products... unfortunately I was not able to experience that.

I stopped by a couple weeks ago, explained what I was doing and asked exactly what I needed to bring them to cut a small piece of granite (32”x28”). I was instructed to bring measurements.

I returned today with exact measurement. The lady who attempted to assist began arguing with me about my measurements, until she realized I had exactly what she was asking for. I had attempted to explain to her several times I had exactly what she was asking for.

Once we made it passed that I asked a few questions concerning the size and fitment techniques used(I was asking if they typically cut it shorter than the exact measurements in order to fit it in a spot with 3 walls). She was not able to answer my questions stating “I don’t know, I’m not out in the field with the installers.”

She then proceeded to tell me they would need to come out and template it. Which I can appreciate, but that’s not what she told me two weeks ago. I then stated, "this is getting to be too difficult," and abruptly left the showroom floor previous to allowing the associate to continue on. This was due to frustration with the interaction.

In the future, I will make another attempt and if my interaction with this business provides better instruction and a more pleasant interaction I will remove and update this review.

First, I would like to thank Ashley for taking the time to help us even though she was busy with other customers and by herself. Ashley you are a delight and very good at your job. Your customer service skills are excellent, you were bubbly, bright and very knowledgeable of the product and really cared for what myself as the customer wanted. Even speaking with you on the telly was a pleasure with your brightness and happiness, you are indeed an asset to WilgusIQ so thank you very much for making this experience a delightful one! I couldn't be more happier with the outcome, the counters tops are gorgeous : - ). Next I would like thank Chris for taking the time to come out and do the measuring, very professional and very accurate and in a timely manner, so again thank you Chris. Last but certainly not least, Cole and David the installers were extremely nice and very knowledgeable of the product. They were very aware of what they were doing and I might add did so in a very professional manner. They both took the time to answer all my questions and give me much insight to Quartz counter tops for I have never had them before. WilgusIQ, you have a superior staff and they deserve much praise and maybe a raise for they all have been extremely polite and for this I am very grateful for my experience with your company and I will always recommend you to anyone that asks me. Brendon and Cole were not only professional but extremely polite. Our island slab barely fit through the door and they had to lift it twice, as we had to remove the threshold for it to squeak through …and it weighed close to 700 pounds. They took the extra time to call in assistance just to be sure the large vein didn’t crack. The very talented gentleman by the name of John, who cut the slab, showed up within minutes and used his very robust man bun to cushion the island into place. I was super impressed. Ashley helped us from start to finish and we couldn’t have had a better experience. So much so that we’ve ordered another counter top, even though it wasn’t in the budget. However, when you work with such good people, it’s hard not to want more. Plus, there is this very special item that Brandy and Ashley have talked to Shane about to get JUST for us that made us feel extra special. As a real estate broker, I’ve seen lots and lots of countertops, and the ones that always stood out were Wilgus IQ. We knew when we started our project that there was no other place to call and we are thrilled with the results. Everyone will be asking us where we found our unique countertops, and everyone will know where to go because I can’t quit bragging about how much I love them. We actually pet them.
