T-Mobile — Local services in Springville

When we got our phones 2 + years ago, they said that we could get a new phone every 2 years but when I tried to get a new at the 2 year anniversary, they said I would have to wait for a promotion, so 3 months later, I tried again when they came out with the deal with 2 phones and Internet for $30 each, I got same crap with getting a new phone and plus they say with the deal no trade in but they told me that I have to trade my phone and buy another one. T-Mobile in Springville sucks. That deal of 2 phones and Internet is supposed to be for new customers and people who already have an account but it can't be done there for us. Go to Verizon or somewhere who treats their customers with the Promise...

Tonight was the second time this year that I have tried to visit this store in the evening only to find it closed well before the listed hours of operation.
