Edit: This is usually my favorite store. The night shift is not doing good. No jalapeños, very little cheese or sauce on the pizza. And they put my burritos on top of my tacos, crushing them. This is happening way too often with the drive through here. Very disappointed. One of my favorite stores. Just wish they would teach them how to properly make a pizza each time. You get a better pizza when you eat inside than the weakly made ones in the drive through. And if you want jalapeños on it, they'll barely put any on it.

The food is always good if they make the order right. I go there 4 times a week and love it but they don’t know how to read online orders. I’ve placed the same order for over 4 months paying for extra meat on my chalupa. No matter how many times you tell them it has both beef and steak they still won’t apply it. They even acknowledge that it tells them to put both and nothing. If you go there past 7pm good luck getting the right food. Other than that fantastic all the way around. Hope the staff gets better at night.

I don't really write reviews unless I feel like I need to say something. But the crew at this Taco Bell is the best. We placed a very large online order at around 1:30 or so. They made our food in a timely manner, made sure it was hot, and had the best attitudes. We had to reorganize a little, but nothing major. We spent over $100. Love the crew there today. Great job!

I went to Taco Bell in Springville Alabama around 11:15p.m. it was the only fast food place around our little open. When I proceeded to order they didn’t have any steak or anything fried. The employee over the head set said they could make anything after 11:00 p.m. which I understand. So I proceeded to order cinnamon bonds . They only had two and told me yhey could not frie any after 11:00 p.m. which I understand. But hello manger, general manger you figured that your employees would know you have to have enough food and sweets made to last till quitting time at 12:00 a.m. or atleast close enough to quiting time. So after only being able to order 4 soft taco I ordered the new green apple slush with caramel . After paying and getting a few miles down the road I noticed that there was hardly any of any caramel at all . So I called the restaurant Asked to speak with the Manager . The employee that answered said he was the Manager and was also the employee work in the headset and working the window. After explains to him there was hardly any Caramel In my slush. He proceeded to tell me that he put 6 Squirts of caramel in my slush. I offered to bring it back and let him see. He then went on to tell me he didn’t need to see it that he made it and knew how much was in there and that I’m blind and was just trying to cause trouble and wanting free food. I told him I didn’t mind paying for the caramel or the extra caramel and I was not blind I could see very well. I then asked when the general Manager would be in. He said he was the general manager. I then asked how I could reach the area manager. I received no answer from the employee that was claming to be the Manager and general manager. The employee Simply just hung the...

No respect for truck drivers. Co-driver and I were walking up @ 9:50pm and just before we get to the door, an employee starts locking it. Said dining room is now closed. Told him we're truck drivers, can we walk through the drive thru since our big rig obviously will not fit and he said yes. As we get up to the order speaker, another employee comes out and asks what we're doing and that we can't walk through. So we told him we're truck drivers and that the first guy locking the door said we could. He shrugs, says I don't know what to tell you... but you can't walk through and just walks off. The whole time this happened, we were the only ones there and not a single car was in the drive thru eithor.... so what's the big deal? We have had to do this at many other places because of covid closing dining rooms and have never had a problem before, especially once we tell them we are truck drivers and a big rig...

Taco Bell is slowly wrecking the economy under the guise of cheap, convenient food. With $5 boxes and late-night cravings, it undercuts local restaurants, discourages home cooking, and fuels a cycle of low wages and poor health. Why support small businesses when a taco costs less than a gallon of gas? It's the fast-food version of economic decay—offering instant gratification while contributing to long-term consequences like rising healthcare costs, food industry monopolies, and a workforce hooked on low-effort, low-quality meals. Taco Bell might satisfy hunger in the short term, but the real price is paid by communities, small business owners, and a future where convenience crushes quality.

But the cheesy gordita...
