Waffle House — Restaurant in Springville

This is what you call a cookie cutter business which can sometimes influence what we anticipate it to be like by the one thing that will always make our experience greater or worse than expected...that would be The Cook and/or the service provider! Fortunately for me this location is blessed with quality talent throughout the employees roster! I would like to mention one small but critically important comment to remind ALL customers...these women & men work in an awkward atmosphere to begin with but the waitresses are not paid well for a hourly rate so please consider that when you decide what size of a tip you might reward them with! I will normally leave them a cash tip even if I decide to pay with a card for my meal. You know and understand why if you have ever worked that type of a job or like me, just taken the opportunity and time to talk with them to hear the facts first hand so you quickly realize how tuff the job is in relation to what their salary truly...

Waffle House is cool when traveling especially down south.

When you're hungry and not quite sure what you want to eat, Waffle House is good.

If you find yourself hungry in the after-hours and most of your favorite restaurants are closed, Waffle House is the go to restaurant to fill that void in your belly.

If you're looking for a bite to eat that comes extremely fast, Waffle House as most restaurants beat. Hands down

Always get the Grand Slam. You get the most for the money. every time I order this, I am sure to leave for full with no complaints.

The only downside of Waffle House is that they don't have a pancake selection. The bathrooms are normally less than the most sanitary. With that being said, you may want to do your business and wash your hands elsewhere.

Waffle House is the go-to place win most restaurants, you would normally patronize are closed.

Have not been in long time, today tried them. Well - thank u manager for making them turn a/c to normal range, was able to eat without freezing my rear end off!!! I have waited tables before, so if I get service, I tip. She took order- brought drinks. Brought food, never showed back up!! Had to flag down waitress with empty glass. Told her “ please no more ice & if will put in go cup” Received back go cup FULL OF ICE! Drink was originally CHERRY COKE - NOW JUST COKE! I even told her again before she filled it - CHERRY COKE PLEASE!!!! You do not listen, u do not check on me, NO TIP! She seemed upset with me at register when I gave her cash in the EXACT AMOUNT OF BILL!! She said- “ r u not leaving a tip?” I just turned and walked away, while she was still trying to get my attention...
