My brother-in-law recently died and my husband wanted to make something special for his family members. The staff at Wooden Things were very helpful and helped him create some beautiful boxes that he was able to give to the family to remember their loved one by.

Every time he went into the store, someone was always there and more than willing to take the time to help him create his vision. He ran into a snag when he brought the pieces home to assemble the boxes and when he went back they stopped what they were doing to help him come up with a solution that worked perfectly.

Don't waste your time. Jess expressed interest in our job but then never heard back. Finally came out and apologized and said he would not let us down. Was going to send a quote back the next day, 5 weeks ago! Called today and he said he got busy. Did not have the decency to call and tell us that. Contractors like this will be the ones that will have no customers when the economy does go down because they are non-responsive.
