RENTER BEWARE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I have lived here for years. When I first moved in everything was wonderful! The buildings are little older and need a little TLC but nothing to bad. BUT since the new management has been here, it is slowly going to hell in a hand basket. The staff is rude, the maintenance guy comes into your apartment WHENEVER he wants, he also was incredibly rude and VERY VERY unprofessional in his conduct to my neighbor and treated her VERY poorly. They change their minds about rules and regulations constantly (trivial ones at that). They put some rocks out on the landscape and used that as a means to tell their residents they are working "really" hard on improving things. Residents are so relieved when they move out now. On top of everything they charge you for things in the apartment that weren't damaged. I know in my apartment needed appliance cleaning and carpets but they charged us for things that were not damaged or dirty costing us an additional $380 on top of our deposit!! I have lived MANY places and this has NEVER happened before! They are criminals disguised as an apartment management group! It is very sad because it used to be one of best places I had lived, a happy place that quickly turned into...

The Haven is a great community overall but the property manager under current ownership is unqualified and not a people person. The last manager under the previous owner was more qualified and easier to work with. For example the current property manager will email you several screenshots from a pdf file, to instruct you on how to go to the website for making rent payments, repeatedly, over and over for weeks, without checking for themselves if any of the steps, actually work. Next thing you know 2 months go by, tons of wasted email correspondence, and you learn there is nothing the property manager can do for you, because that person already tried their hardest by sending you a bunch of screenshot instructions from a pdf file that do not work! Where do I start... Lisa is the BEST leasing agent I've ever dealt with. She helped me out when I was first singing up for the apartment. She emailed me, and even CALLED ME, after hours to make sure i did it correctly. So, since she gave me AMAZING customer service, I made sure to finish it timely, and she emailed me JUST as timely. She is an amazing leasing agent, and has shown me the same as a landlord. The apartment i first saw was not renovated. But the apartment i moved into... had brand new floors, appliances, walls, carpets... and looks amazing!!! I want to thank a TON to lisa and the contractors, who did amazing job on the space. I know she works two locations during the week, but she made it seems like she only works with me specifically...
