I went here to have a shirt made I showed the employee the design I wanted she said that wouldn't be a problem and to come back in 30 minutes. When I returned she showed me what she had done and the design was missing several key items that I wanted in the shirt. I asked her to include them she then gave me several reasons why she was unable including that her software wouldn't allow her to layer images together. I then waited for roughly 15 minutes while she tried to make the design I asked if it would be better if I just drew the design up myself and send it to them would they be able to print the design they said they would be able to do that. I returned the next day with the design that I created and they made the shirt It turned out fine. I then asked them for a refund of the $8 they charged me for designing the shirt, they refused stating that they did do the design work and were unwilling to refund me the design fee. Read moreWanting a gift for my brother; had all thought to order from Amazon but decided to check out Shirts Illustrated while my wife was shopping. I unintentionally asked a load of questions on the poor girl working (Maura) which now a days you'd get attitude or a hateful expression with feeling that you're bothering the employee but Maura was the complete opposite, she was extremely helpful, professional and sweet. The shirts and hoodies are made well, nice and thick plus i was able to get more with my brothers gift because it was personal and exactly what I wanted to get him. The price was awesome and it was made quick!! It came out perfect, my brother will love it. Recommend Shirts Illustrated. Thank you Maura...

I had to walk out today when the employee rudely explained that my request to change the font of what she typed into the computer would have to wait "because as you could see she has other people in the store". Simply asking for a few minutes to help the people that came in long after me would have been nice even if I was trying to give my business at that moment. It also would have been easier to work with her if she wasn't incredibly dismissive and snobby...
