Sbarro Crossroads — Restaurant in St. Cloud

Only giving this place 1 star because it won't let me give it -1 stars. Ordered a pizza on 2/28/22 and went to pick it up. When I arrived, Monty told me that there was no pizza for me. After I already paid for it and he confirmed my order. He is a rude kid. You need to let this boy go as he is NOT an asset to your company nor is he living up to your company standards. I will never in my life go back to this location. I will tell everyone I know, including the Google people to never come to your establishment. You need to retrain your employees on how to act to paying customers and interact with people. This place is totally lacking the interaction part. Can't say how the food was due to us never receiving any, but I probably know how it would taste if Monty made it. Food was pretty good, kind of cold though. Extremely rude service from one of the employees making orders though. I waiting behind a few people in line ordering and paying for their food, waiting for my turn once the orders ahead of me were finished. Once the lady (older, heavy set, short haircut) finished heating up the pizza she said "Are you even ready to order" and I said yes and was waiting for her to respond when she turned to the customer by me and said "Why isn't she saying anything?" And then again "What do you want?" And I just said I do know what I want to order, I was just waiting for you to finish with the order you were currently working on. So ridiculously...

My daughter and I have been going to the Sbarro's for about 4 years and the food is consistently very good. The pizzas hot and fresh, The macaroni and cheese is always good except for this time they were out of the Italian crunchy topping, But was still okay. The problem I have with this establishment for the last four years is bad employees, they don't care, they don't recommend anything, they get mad when you ask them anything that's not on the menu bord but is available. This place should always have a manager with customer relation skills to answer or conversate with the customer if you don't have employees that have...
