Have you ever been so hungry but the dreaded "I don't know what to eat" hangs over your head?? With a quick search of places to eat in St. Cloud and a quick drive from Target parking lot to Cloud 9 Energy Bowl. You aren't quite sure what you are going to expect...you open the door and you are greeted with a smile, cleanliness, simple decorations and a delicious aromatic flavor filling the air of fresh fruit and oat meal. The instructions are simple: you can build your own bowl, smoothie or seasonal oatmeal or you can pick from the amazing already available bowls they have listed. How to pick when everything sounds amazing with Honey, Almond Butter, Peanut Butter drizzled onto of your favorite fruits and sorbets??! Dragon fruit and honey with kiwifruit- yes please! I'll have that one! Not knowing what to expect...you further analyze the board for what else you would like....then all of a sudden...the board comes to life in front of your eyes. Here you go! OH NY GOODNESS! It looks just like the picture. You drop everything and take that first bite...your taste buds start to dance and all of the flavors fit perfectly together. You walk out contemplating walking right back in and ordering a larger bowl, bring one home for seconds, or planning your next trip before you leave the parking lot. The energy bowls are absolutely delicious but the staff definitely need some training in the customer service department. When my daughter and I walked in for the first time the place was empty and there was one employee behind the counter. She glanced at us, didn't say hi or welcome or even acknowledge us at all.. just ignored us and went about whatever she was doing. We went up and stood in front of the counter waiting for her to say anything to us but she didn't. I had to get her attention and say "Excuse me.. we put an order in online" and all she said in response was "What's the name?" and when I told her she just grabbed the bag, handed it to me and then turned around and kept doing whatever she was doing. Really a shame because the product itself is amazing and I crave it but the atmosphere and lack of customer service skills is really a turn off. The owner should definitely look into doing some additional training on this as I noticed the same issue in other reviews as well so its clearly not a one time occurance. My daughter also found a blond hair in her bowl.. it definitely wasn't either of ours because we are both dark brunette.. so that was a little gross and off putting too... however, my bowl was amazing. The service was our biggest concern though.. it may cause the business to miss out on a lot of repeat business if customers don't feel...

I heard about this place over the radio and was terrified to try it, because of the combination of flavors in one bowl, the thought of unknown flavors and the fear of spending money on something flavorless/unsatisfying.

I am SO HAPPY I went! The girls at the counter gave me a brief summary of the menu and process to order. They gave me time to look over everything and let me taste all the bases I wanted.

Electric Flamingo is great for a sweet tooth when craving sweet ice cream or sweet fruit.

Pure Health is my absolute favorite so far! Even with the Matcha Tea in it, which I usually dislike very much. I wouldn’t want this any other way!!

There are so many options to choose from with so many different flavors. You can even build your own bowl, which is what I was going to do but love the signature bowls.

The bowls are packed with flavors and the bases are thick and creamy! After a small, called ‘Humble‘, I am full but do not feel dragged down or sluggish!! Must be the fresh ingredients.

I have been here yesterday for dessert, today for lunch and I want to come back before they close for supper already! It’s like having ice cream (with no dairy or gluten) for a meal BUT Healthy. That equals no regrets for me!
