So far, Janel and Alex have both been so great. We’ve never felt pressured to go for a house that isn’t for us so they can “make a sale.” Alex has shown us tons of houses from Blaine to Sauk Rapids and gone above and beyond to work with our schedule and travel times (we’re making a long distance move from the twin cities metro to St Cloud). They always let me know when they get updates about the status of a property so we didn’t have to waste our time driving up there to see places that were basically already sold. Even encouraged me to keep looking when I was ready to give up (this is NOT a great time for buyers right now). Janel was always available and responsive via text, which I appreciate because I work 9-5 so it’s really inconvenient to have to field calls and play phone tag with people all day.

We've bought and sold several houses in our lifetime and have never had a realtor as good as Janel. She is genuine, professional and trustworthy. She and her team are skilled at marketing - willing to think outside the box to get your place sold. We had a very unique property and were putting it up for sale during the Covid shutdowns. She was available to brainstorm ideas with us and encourage us when things got slow. She works hard for you, shares credit with her team, and goes above and beyond to make the experience as fun and stress-free as possible (boxes delivered to your door, professional cleaner to wipe things down before closing, free cookie day at a bakery in town, etc.) Most of all, you felt like you could depend on her to watch out for you - from thinking of a liability agreement when the buyers wanted to store something ahead of time, to sticking with us to the end of a prolonged closing and making calls to make sure things were progressing as they should. Janel goes beyond being “just” a realtor! I had a very exhausting, terrible experience with another realtor selling my house and found Janel at an house I was interested in buying. She not only helped me purchase my new house (she spent many hours with me trying to find a house and was ALWAYS cheerful) but she guided me through the entire sale of my house with a realtor who wasn’t working for me at all. Janel went above and beyond to help me. She is one of the most hard working, dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful and AMAZING people I have ever met!!
