Subway — Restaurant in Sauk Rapids

I had the most unpleasant customer service experience that i have had in many years with a young lady named Kelly. She had a very poor attitude. Very cold and unfriendly. Actually she was very rude. I gave her every opportunity to recover from a poor first impression and she continued her sour attitude. She would not look up or acknowledge our interaction or my very simple request for light sauce with the meatball marinara. She never looked up or acknowledged my polite request. I jokingly asked her to smile to see if i could perk her up and she gave me the coldest sour smile possible. I told her that if she worked for me i would have fired her on the spot. Told her she has a lot to learn about giving good customer service. She belongs in the back washing dishes and hauling the garbage out. The WORST service i have had in a long time! I wont return and i will tell everyone i know! There are too many choices for me that i dont have to return...

The food was good, as it is most locations bit the service left something to be desired. The manager (possibly owner) was the only one of 4 people who seemed semi happy (I mean, how hard is it to smile when you're taking an order?) and the person taking a my order/creating my subs was very impatient, even though there was no one behind me. Not at all understanding of my 4 year old wanting to order his food for himself. The gal rolled her eyes a few times, so I took over & left instead of dining in.

They don't take coupons at the moment 🙄 as about 40 precent of Subway's currently don't, for whatever reason.

Also, I don't know how often their tables are cleaned. I saw quite a few dirty tables, tho I couldn't say how long they were like that. At least 15 minutes for the the we were in the store.

Ive never walked in to any subway and regretted it. I noticed when i walked in the cashier rolled her eyes.. Whether it was at me or someone else it doesnt matter... That is not how you run a business. I also have never been to a more stingy subway in my life they dont give you barely any meat on your sub and when i say extra extra EXTRA of something that means i want a lot.. I literally get about 4 black olives every time i go... They need to learn how to great customers betfer and with a smile!! Ill be driving a lil farther to go to a different subway next time... Never will i go back...
