We got a pawn loan on our Xbox, when we paid it back and picked up our item.. it was missing our $65 dollar controller and the power supply! I called and was told there was nothing they could do. Thanks for the awful experience! EDIT: and yes I called a few days after I picked it up because I have 3 kids and I'm busy. That has absolutely nothing to do with the fact you stole over $100 worth of items that were MINE. So you can try every condescending reply you want.. but the FACT still stands that you stole items that were not yours. I pawned my Xbox with power supply, console and controller..and you returned just the console. Fact is fact. And maybe if we weren't in such a hurry to leave because seems no one there is in the least bit friendly or appreciative of the business that customers provide you, we would've checked the bag.. but that still doesn't evade the fact...

BEWARE: I brought a pair of $1000 diamond earrings here to pawn. They gave me $100, when asking about the pawning process they told me 6 months, they wouldn't sell the item. I went back after 6 months and they told me they sold the item then scoffed at me when I referred to the time they themselves told me. They then tried to shame me for it as if I were stupid.

This a crooked business, I will not do business with them ever again. They take advantage of people and lie to them. Read the other reviews, it's a common thing.

I wish 0 stars was an option, over the last 10 years when I work in their neighborhood I just happen to find my stolen tools at their store. After arguing (years ago) I got one ladder back. Today I called as all my power tools where stolen, I don’t have the correct info on my tools for them to do anything and they won’t let me know if the three exact items come in their door. Not who brought them just if they get them. Protecting thieves because that’s their main business. Screw this place, they wanted more than I payed for my stolen ladder back in 2009-2010 era. They aren’t trust worthy whatsoever. Scammers...
