I went to the AT&T store in Stanton, Kentucky because my cell phone was approximately 4 years old and it was time to upgrade (I also figured I should upgrade sooner rather than later, because I knew I would be able to get a decent trade in the phone that I had been using for the last 4 years). I'm an Android kind of person and I'm fairly loyal to Samsung phones. I have been using them for ages. So, I ended up going for the Samsung Z-Fold 6. So far I really like the new phone. I don't know how in the world Samsung is able to make a touch screen that can be folded, but they've done it and it works!
Customer service at the AT&T store I visited was also excellent! A salesperson by the name of Jeremiah helped me out and got me $1,000 trade in towards a new phone in exchange for my old Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Did have to wait a couple of days to get my new phone because they didn't have any of the z-fold phones in stock. However that was no big deal, and the new phone arrived promptly. Holdyn and her co-worker (sorry I missed her name) were phenomenal assets to us, getting the help we needed to set everything right with our phones and account the way we wanted. They even made sure the troublesome phone received a critical update to fix the issues we're having.

I got a screen protector last year the worker said if I got AT&T brand they replace the protector with no charge if it breaks or anything even says in the back WILL REPLACE if wear and tear the manager was very rude said they don’t replace it charge me for it and also gave me the wrong one so I had to go in the next day to trade it for the right one and Justin even said he done his job wrong because he was to busy playing cards with his wife when I came in...
