Yes, you can find a bargain, but this place is disorganized and unkept.
The main and upstairs areas contain tons of items in various conditions (so make sure you thoroughly look each item over before you buy). That's not to say that you can't find a bargain here, definitely when they are running promotional sales.
The bottom (grocery) level is where things all fall apart. The whole place is filthy and a bit gross. Once you get past the open or damaged products (at least they are still sealed), we found many items to be out of date. The whole level is quiet dirty and we saw a mouse run acrossed the floor.

I did not like most of the grocery section since most things are past their "best by" date and therefore not discounted enough for me. The local produce was decent though. The clothing and electronics sections had some good deals too. I did not go upstairs but there are likely some good deals up there on seasonal items and bedding.
