I come at least 3-4 times a week and everyone is always SO PLEASANT. Usually get the same thing because I am pregnant and can only hold down certain things. However, today I was extremely disappointed. I placed my order at the drive through around 9:30am and the person taking my order was extremely impatient and rude. Didn’t let me finish speaking when placing my order. There was no line, so I’m not sure why she was in such a rush. Then when I got my drink I noticed that there was a huge layer of cinnamon on top and she offered me a cup to “shake” my drink. When she came back from grabbing my sandwich she said “your drink was shaken.” First, why on earth are you starting an argument with a paying customer. I literally let it go and had no intention of saying anything further. Second, there was a huge layer of cinnamon on top and as a personal preference, I prefer not to swallow chunks of cinnamon. I am always nice, tip even when it’s not earned, but today was unacceptable. If you don’t like your job or people, it might be best to find new employment....
Read more1st off I would like to start out by saying does people posting the negative reviews either hit them on a badd day or are just plain Petit and want to complain. I have been to the store numerous times at different times of the day-and-night and have never ever had an issue with anything! Every drink I've ever gotten was on point in the service was super fast and very friendly. If a mistake is made they correct it immediately and go above and beyond anything I've ever seen to make customers happy. One employee sticks out to me more than others when I go there and her name is Mikayla. I don't know where they found her but she should be promoted or they should move her up to management or something. She is always a delight to be around and as helped me figure things out several times without being impatient. I am not a coffee savvy person and enjoy trying new drinks. Although I still received great service this morning during my daily morning stop for coffee, I was throughly disappointed to see a face that wasn't Colin's when I got to the window. I recently started this commute due to moving, and he helps cure my morning brain. I consistently forget to get my app scanned to receive my points (if you go to Starbucks regularly, you know how important this is). I had almost forgotten one day, but I remembered and grabbed my phone at the last second. Colin laughed and happily scanned my phone. The next day, he saw the app on my phone, sitting in my lap, waiting to be scanned, and though I had completely forgotten, Colin didn't! Thanks, Colin!
