I have very thick course hair, difficult for most hairdressers to cut. I looked online and read the reviews about Shelby and made an appointment based on the great review. I was NOT disappointed. She truly has great skills! She took great pains to blend my hair and did a great job matching my hair color to do a root touch up. Such a nice lady too. The wonderful ladies at Freakshow helped me out immensely after I had a very negative experience elsewhere. Not only were they swift in their response to my plea for help, they were very understanding and welcoming, and within minutes of arriving, the problem was resolved.
