Horrible experience let me list off the problems.

#1 When our washer broke we were told we had to pay a 1 time service fee of $180.00 to come to our house. OK I understand that they said it was for our appliances then 2 months later our dryer broke we told them we had already paid the service fee, after fixing our dryer they let us know we had to pay a service fee again because it was for a different appliance. This could have been stated on the phone.

#2 After fixing our dryer they put in a new heating coil that ended up melting other parts of our dryer and refused to refund anything.

#3 The reason they are not refunding us is because the dryer vent is what broke the dryer both times.

So that little 4in aluminium hose that runs directly outside our house broke about 2ft long breaks heating coils and melts circuit boards. Good excuse Giffords I will no longer use your company and I hope enough people read this and you don't get anymore...

We loved giffords, however one of their employees is why we won’t use them anymore. He was a bigger older short man with salt and pepper hair. He smelled of alcohol and seemed to be slurring his words while driving the company vehicle and in uniform. He looked very unsettled and had the worst attitude. We were in line behind him. We should have notified the law enforcement because he smelled so strong of alcohol. We have seen him in town often in uniform, he is very rude. We have purchased a washer from giffords and luckily we didn’t need it delivered. Good thing because this man drives for them and I would hate for my product to be miss handled or worse he gets in an accident to and from. He drives that vehicle like he stole it. I honestly wouldn’t want a man with a drinking problem knowing where I live let alone inside my house. Very rude person. We will be doing future business with Home Depot for the reason that this man gave us a bad taste...

Our 3 year old dishwasher died. Gifford had a replacement in stock and delivered the next day. The installers found that a wooden board, which they had with them, was needed to be glued to the granite counter top. They did that and scheduled to return the next day because the glue needed to cure over night. They returned the following day, finished the installation, and took the old unusable dishwasher away.

The young men were nice, friendly, efficient, and professional about their work. We are very satisfied customers!!

This new dishwasher, purchased at another store far away, works ever so much better than the original one!! Maybe it was broken from the start.

My only regret is that I didn't ask them to leave the packing box for our grandchildren to play with. They get as much fun from boxes, especially BIG boxes, as they do with expensive toys! It might have been turned into a playhouse or tunnel or something. Maybe I'll be...
