I have bought like 2 queen sz mattress, 2/4 twins, 2/3 full sz over the years.(5 kids a lot of beds) Along with a sleep away couch, kids full size day bed frame w/ drawers, queen sz bed rustic bed frame. Been a customer for 7/8 yrs. For the most part I havenāt really had a problem. Chris is the best at customer service there. The ladies tend to put you off, say they will call you back but never do. For the 1st time really, after the thousands of dollars I have spent there I complained about a mattress I bought sometime at the end of the year. They have come out to do some repair to the frame but didnāt fix the problem. Itās the matters itself that is going bad. I know things wear down with time but I have several other mattress that I bought there even before this last one that isnāt doing this and we are talking about 5/6 months time. I was very disappointed, after all the business and loyalty have done with them. I always heave sent people there and tell them talk to Chris heāll help you. The first item I purchased from them (couch), has scratches all down the front. I called and it took forever for them to replace it. It was awesome that they replaced it, but the second one has a scratch on it too. I also bought a second item from them around that same time (a marble coffee table), it was not stored properly on delivery, this is because it was laying on the marble piece, and all it had was a couple of pieces of cardboard and plastic underneath it and it was not wrapped up safely or tied down. After I got it and inspected it I told the guys that delivered it, that it has scratches all over it; they said they would notify their manager. Okay, well since that day I have called and talked to three different people that are in management positions I believe, and they still have done nothing to solve this. God...
