Let me start by saying I generally enjoyed coming to this place, despite being very particular about where I buy my food and groceries. The lady at the front was always nice to me, and we would often chat. I visited at least twice a month, whether for groceries, hot food, or just little things I needed for cooking. I especially liked the imported Coke in a glass bottle, which I always bought from here.
On my last visit, I picked up a few items, including the Coke. I told the lady about the Coke in my cart, and she acknowledged it, ringing up the other items I had. We were talking, and she must have forgotten to ring up the Coke. ( not my fault) I didn't notice the total amount on my bill or pay attention.
Two weeks later, I returned to grab a few things. The lady's demeanor was noticeably different, but I didn't think much of it. When I got to the counter, she was very cold towards me. I tired to make conversation with her but it seemed like she didn’t want to talk. I assumed she might be having a bad day and I didn't comment on it. She rang up my items and then told me, "Last time you were here, you didn't pay for the Coke." As if I was the one ringing the items up.
I was taken aback, not by the mistake itself, but by the way she addressed me. There are respectful ways to speak to customers, and this was not one of them. I always respected everyone who worked there, especially the lady who usually rang up my purchases. I told her it wasn't a problem, and I'd pay for it, explaining that I hadn't realized that she didn’t ring it up previously.
What really upset me was her implying that I should have known my bill was too low and I should have questioned it and noticed myself that she didn’t ring it up as if I was trying to steal. I visit frequently and it's not my responsibility if the staff forgets to ring something up. I Own my own business as well and from an owner perspective I understand it's a business and what's right is right, but there are better ways to approach people. This experience left me feeling...

We recently had the pleasure of ordering a half lamb with rice at Hannah's Market an establishment known for its exquisite Arabic cuisine, halal meat, and impeccable customer service. We always come here 2 or 3x weekly and every time we stepped through the door we're greeted with warmth and hospitality, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
BEST FOOD IN TOWN!!!!!
The fresh food and fresh bakery always boasted a wide array of authentic Arabic dishes, each bursting with flavor and crafted with care. From traditional Arabic platters to succulent meat, fish, sides and aromatic rice dishes, every bite transported me to the vibrant streets of the Middle East. The ingredients are fresh, the spices perfectly balanced, and the presentation exquisite.
What truly set them apart, however, was its exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, knowledgeable and always ready with recommendations, they made us feel like a valued guest every step of the way.
Overall, our experience exceeded all expectations. From the delectable cuisines to the outstanding customer service, it's clear that this establishment takes great pride in providing an unforgettable experience. My kids love all the staff so kind and loving they always give them treats when they leave the...

And they tasted like everything that was left over on peoples plates they scooped into one container added a bunch of sauce and then wrap them in grape leaves awful probably the worst ones I've ever tasted. And didn't notice till I got to the front cause she put them in a bag that she put $10 worth in there I didn't want $10 worth I wanted to try a few that was it, The 4 little items I wanted to try a little bit of and it's costing me 40 bucks?
