Biggby Coffee Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

I was there Saturday. Ordered inside... A gentlemen ordered after me... Once my tea latte came up, the gentleman (who was waiting on coffee) walked off with my tea latte... Opened it up, walked all of the way to the door... Noticed that he didn't have the right order... He had closed the lid on the way back... Opened it up in front of the barrista and asked if it was his coffee. She said no and asked me if I had tea... I said yes... She put the top back on... ALL OF THIS IN FRONT OF ME AS I'M WATCHING... Then she handed it to me...

I HAD TO ASK HER if it was a problem to make me another... She said no, THEN gave me a tea latte with NO SUGAR... I had the Enlightened Chai... I've ALWAYS drank the Emlightened Chai... When I took my 1st sip as I drove away I noticed that she had put NO sugar in the tea... OBVIOUSLY angry at me because her and the other customer had both their noses in my tea during cold and flu season and I had asked for another... (Me and the other customer were African-American patrons...).

That's what we call Customer DISSERVICE... This is the 3rd Bigby that I have been to... I've been calling them my new "Tea Spot" since the establishment by me closed... I had been impressed with Bigby ( I had only been to 2 locations (Van Dyke/23 Mile by my home and Green Street in New Baltimore by my job...) and had ONLY been impressed by the service... This...

I have been a huge fan of Biggby since 2010. When I moved to Warren I was upset there was not a location close to me any longer. When this location opened, I was super excited!

I have only had great experiences, everyone has been super friendly and I’ve always had quick and accurate service. Definitely one of the best Biggby’s I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The inside of the store is clean and modern. I usually stop inside to grab my drink but it’s nice to have the drive-thru option too. First time I went there it was great staff was amazing and so nice when they first opened I went back a second time about a week later I asked for a red Bull freeze drink and if they could add in orange because I didn’t know what flavors they had and she acted like I was so stupid and asked if I meant mango blood orange , I said Oo do you not have just orange and she goes we have a lot of flavors ….
