This store is definitely becoming a rip off. Loved it at first. But seems like everytime I order, even if it's months apart, my order is messed up. Today was the worst. Paid $11 for a medium salad and I omited salami and ham, they omited chick peas and I thought I ordered chicken on it, that was omited too. Along with the dressing which tasted like oil and seasoning. Now comes the pizza... I ordered a thin crust pizza with olives, mushrooms and GR peppers... I got not thin and half and half pizza. Come on guys, stop smoking weed when you're making an order! Very disappointed!

Terrible customer service a “manager” hung up on me & chuckled when I advised I would be contacting corporate to share my experience. We waited over an hour for pizza delivery & when the pizza arrived it was barely warm don’t patronize this Sterling Heights location, save yourself the headache & hassle of 1 hour & 14 minutes waiting for pizza

I love this pizza! Their square pizza with Asiago crust is definitely the way to go. They aren't overly priced and the additional toppings don't cost a lot either like some other places. I love their antipasto salad too because it has all the things you'd enjoy in an Italian style salad.

This pretty much the best pizza place in town and the surrounding area. Plus they have other great food items at their actual restaurant locations. I give them 4.75 stars if I could and the only reasoning for not a full 5 stars is because they could get a little out of price range. You do pay higher for quality but for carryout I've paid around $90 for 5 people. Personally I've never ate at their sit down locations but I do know they're very nice and polite people when getting carryout, even when they have a long line wrapped around the inside of the restaurant leading to the door. Some days the pickup line is long, but sometimes you can walk right in and get your order and go. With lines like that, should tell you something. The pizza is great and when you ask for extra cheese here you actually get it, unlike jets pizza or little ceasars. Just a helpful hint, when getting extra anything from the little ceasars, make sure its fresh and cooked to order or they will just add more on a already cooked pizza and put it through the oven again, which doesn't taste very well and is very over cooked. However you don't have to worry about that here, oh no, it's cooked right, it's very delicious and leaves you...

I am not one to write a negative review. I have been going to the Sterling heights location ever since they opened. They were great, but now??? The last three - four times have been very disappointing. This past Friday 10/25 I ordered a medium Greek salad minus tomatoes and a Italian calzone. I go and pick the order up and bring it home. there were tomatoes on the salad and my Calzone was so soggy that it leaked all over the seat of my truck. This place has gone down hill , not sure If I will ever be back. I guess this happens when you keep opening locations and get poor management to run it. Its sad, because I really liked this place. I will never do Jets pizza period. I guess I have to try someplace else....

Nothing like the original location on Gratiot . Ordered a small with pepperoni mushrooms and green peppers while at work . Got back and had green olives instead of green peppers . Yuck . The receipt even said green peppers . So I'm at work and don't have time to take it back . They said they would give me a credit . Well a month later I order a pizza with spicy pepperoni . My credit was 2 dollars off regular price !? Not to mention it came with regular pepperoni , not spicy like I asked . What a disappointment . Just can't get it right . Probably because they have a bunch of kids that don't care about the customer running the place . Will be a long time before I go back...
