Hanna's Fruit Market — Local services in Sterling Heights

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my mother was treated at Henna Market. She simply tried to buy bread, and the staff told her “You’re not a customer” — as if she wasn’t welcome to shop there. That kind of disrespect is unacceptable. Every person deserves to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when they’re supporting your business.

We won’t be returning — and I hope the owners take this as a sign that they need to retrain their staff on how to treat people...

Locally owned fruit market. I shop here for the produce and the bread (if you want there fresh baked bread, get there before 4pm!). The fruits taste so much more flavorful than anything you can find at the fruit market. My husband and I won't buy fruit from any where else now! All the employees I have met have been very kind and helpful (and always greet my touch everything toddlers with patience and a smile 😃). The store is always clean and smells delicious....

It's my favorite market, not that it is the biggest but I can find whatever I need, their bread is so great, they also have meat pies and vegetable ones. Every year I find my favorite fruit in season- at the beginning of winter: the sweet lemon, persimmon and other kinds...
