Complain against Mina

s Boutique 1- I checked 3-4 dresses for fitness and color 2- We found the most suitable size to fit me, need some alterations. 3- She went to storage in the back of the shop and got this dress saying that you do not need to try it as it is the size and the color you need. 4- I trust her and pay for the dress as it only needs some alterations to adjust 5- When I went home and opened the bag to check the dress, I found a lot of beads that had fallen in the bag. 6- On the second day I went back to the boutique asking her to fix the dress or return it. 7- I asked her to exchange or fix it and even offer to leave the money for future use on a dress, she refused saying it is a final sale as you get out of the store. 8- Her language was bad and almost kicked us from the store. 9- Now after few months I went to alterations shop and have the surprise of more than 50% of the beads fallen, the alteration shop confirm that this dress is too old may be more than 3-4 years old, so the thread gets dry and gave up, also it has a few cut on the sleeve which means that the dress tried too much and gets cuts. 10- I also got the opinion of a professional lady at fabric store, and she confirmed that. 11- I tried to call the boutique to inform her, but she does not respond to any thing just saying it is final sale do whatever you want 12- She said that I tried it and have pictures and that

Future brides and bridesmaids do not buy your dresses here!! I have gone here for two weddings and it has been the absolute worst experience ever. To start off, the first dress I got here ripped right down the middle the first time I put it on which happened to be the day of the wedding, not even 5 minutes in. Next, the entire bridesmaid party realized that every dress had a different price, and overall wasn’t consistent with the pricing. The owner is incredibly rude when I spoke to her in regards to the second wedding as well. She promised us that any dresses that needed extra alterations would not be an issue, but come time that she goes to alter them, she calls to inform us that they don’t have the fabric of the dress anymore and wanted us to completely change the color. A few weeks later she then messages the bride and informs her that the “manufacturer” is unable to even give us the original dress as they no longer have the color. This was 4 months before the actual wedding and now we have to scramble to try to find new dresses. This isn’t even scratching the surface of all the negatives that I have come across here! I flew all the way to Philadelphia to find what I thought was my dream dress, only to come back home disappointed. The very next day, I called Mina’s Boutique to see if I could just stop by since I was only five minutes away. The owner told me she had an appointment in an hour but warmly invited me to come in and take a look.

From the moment I walked in, she was so sweet and welcoming. She let me try on any dress I wanted and even added a veil and crown so I could really get the full picture. She made me feel so comfortable and special throughout the whole experience.

After trying on the dress, my mom and I said, “We didn’t need to fly all the way to Philadelphia — my dream dress was right here all along.” After trying on the dress, I could not stop thinking about it all week. No other dress I tried on compared. I ended up coming back and buying it, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

This has been the best experience, not only because I found my dream dress, but because the owner is such a genuinely kind person.
