This is not a corporate store and I am so glad they are not and Noah is an awesome employee who inadvertently saved an account for AT&T.
A few days before coming to this store I was at a corporate store and an employee basically told me I didn't know what I wanted and that they did. They changed our plan, the phones we wanted were changed, and we had multiple add-ons that we didn't want. When we asked about it we were told so many different reasons and excuses we walked out.
Today, we walked into this AT&T store and Noah not only listened to what we wanted, he took the time to make sure he understood what we wanted. Then he shocked us by apologizing for the corporate employee and stated that is why AT&T keeps losing customers. He was able to review our account, change our plan saving us more money (always a plus), and upgraded our phones to the new Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
The best part was finding out the bill was only going up $10.00 more than what I am paying now.

What I thought would be a simple process of upgrading my father from a flip phone to a smart phone became a nightmare. Noah discovered that when Josh @ the Calcutta store cut down the old SIM card to transfer contacts, he not only did NOT import them to the new phone, he left the OLD CUT UP SIM card from a flip phone in the brand new J3. Josh also left the new phone in "park" status. This phone was useless to us. Nothing worked...no 4G, no text messages..Noah also caught that the "optional" insurance that I told him I never agreed to in the 1st place was on there as a start date of 5 weeks in the future!! The employees selling us the new phones left out essential information to the promotion and we almost completely lost the credit (which was a bit less simple than we had originally thought) as a result.
