Extremely unhelpful. I asked about a promo or deal they had where the phone is free w/ activation of service or whatever. I said I'm working on a fixed amount and they continuously tried to up-sale me wayyy past the amount I had told them.. they didn't listen to me and couldn't offer me anything. Even just the ONE "free" phone my bill would be $102 walking out the door. Nah. Go somewhere else....

I would not recommend metro by T-mobile or any services though this company due to being given false information and bullying by the sales clerk.
