had a patch come of a hat. took it here to get glued back on. not only is the patch f'd, but she pressed my hat and now it's a stupid trucker hat. her response to my patch getting messed up was- well it's a cheap patch. well it came with the hat, and I asked you to glue it not destroy the hat. need to buy a new one now. nothing else changed? it now has this stupid trucker hat crease in it. here is an example of what it looked like. Such a fun experience in this adorable town. Allison makes it such a good time and provides great input on styling the perfect hat for your personality. You come in and pick a hat and then choose from a large variety of options to decorate it - feathers, hat bands, material, matchbooks, pins, etc. I also got a Montana shape brand on my hat. I love it. The shop is decorated so cute and inviting and there is also a small boutique with some fun items to check out. I got some dangly earrings and bracelet at a great price. Service is great! The owner knows what they are doing and is very helpful in designing a hat that best suits you. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I enjoyed looking at all the different design options they had. She made a beautiful hat for my 2 year old daughter (that I think will be a favorite). She also gave me two free feathers with my hat as well! Very pleased with how this turned out. Very well priced and doesn’t break the bank. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her...
