Nestled on the main road of Stevensville of the city, Mission Bistro offers an unparalleled dining experience that leaves an indelible mark on the palate and soul. From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in an ambiance that is both sophisticated and inviting, from a first date to a 50th anniversary, from a small celebration to a major life milestone, Mission Bistro has you covered.

The rotating menu at Mission Bistro is a testament to the chef's expertise and creativity. With a well-curated selection that strikes a perfect balance between variety and focus, there's never a moment of indecision or overwhelm. Each dish is a thoughtfully crafted, reflecting the depth and range of flavors., each bite is a reflection to the thought and care that the menu designer puts into.

A special mention must be made of the sous chef, whose culinary prowess is matched only by his endearing presence. Standing at a diminutive stature of 5 foot even, his passion and talent tower over the kitchen. His meticulous attention to detail and innovative approach to cuisine make every dish not just a meal, but an experience, a talking point for future conversations anytime someone mentions a meal they had, you can chip in and say "The food I had at Mission Bistro was excellent". The chef's charming and cute demeanor adds a unique and delightful touch to the entire dining affair, despite his struggles with reaching the cookware, the pure art that leaves that kitchen and arrives on your plate will almost make you forget...

Let me start with the positive. The food is fabulous here. Absolutely delicious and we have eaten here several times. Recently though booked a party of 7 for brunch on a Sunday and the service from start to end was just terrible. Booked reservation couple weeks out and confirmed night before. We showed up 5 min early and did not get seated for 20 min, did not get asked our drink order or anything for that matter for another 15, drinks finally l arrived 40 min after arriving. Ordered appetizers for the table they came and had no small plates so requested those and waitress said sure, then left table and went to another table to take their order. Got up and got the plates ourselves. Several other tables complained about service. Their staff are not well trained at all and they could use a strong manager to get things running better. Other visits not this bad but not great either. With all this said, again the food is wonderful so we will keep going back, but PLEASE train your...

First let me say coming in the place has great ambiance... The lighting and decor is fun but classy. The menu isn't over bearing but has a full range if options we started with the meat and cheese plate..( which we will drive the short distance from Hamilton to eat a lot) this was so good .. we are well traveled foodies but this was so elegant and simple at the same time the fresh honeycomb ( no doubt local) was ama, ing. Figs and nuts, perfect blend of cheeses. My wife had the kale salad with an amazing pumpkin blended dressing the kale was perfect texture. She also had the scallops. Which were seared perfect and so good. I had the lamb and it was delicious the red cabbage was crisp still and the lamb was cooked perfect.. everything was great and priced so well. Our server was awesome. I totally couldn't hear her name through the mask but she was awesome and we hope to get her again....

Maybe i’m on a streak of bad service but plan on being here for a while. the cheese and meat plate was spot on! Asked for a recommendation for the lamb or filet and the gal couldn’t say anything bad about the lamb so we chose the lamb. 30 minutes went by thinking our food would come out soon for only her to come to the table and apologized that they were out of lamb. what! took 30 minutes to find out??? so it took about an hour for our dinner to come out. I recommend the catered table down the street. it’s much quieter and food and service was spot on.
