Absolutely so rude and unhelpful! I came tonight to put gas and I informed him that I wanted to use my Safeway Loyalty phone number and he acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about. I tried explaining it but he became impatient and refused to understand what I was saying. Then he yelled at me and said, i don’t know anything about a Safeway card! Mind you, there are flyers with the Chevron/Safeway Program right at his register. I informed him that I wanted to use my 20 cents off and he refused to help me. As he was putting my prepaid amount of $20 on his screen, it specifically asked him Yes or No to adding my loyalty number and he pressed No! Then he said he didn’t know what I was talking about when I pointed it out to him. The outcome was, I was on fumes, 20 miles from home, and had to leave without using my loyalty membership and felt absolutely so...
Read moreMy experience here was by far the most HORRIBLE I've event had in a 7 Eleven EVER! The attendant didn't speak proper English and was absolutely rude. Their oven was not working to toast our sandwiches and he insisted that we microwave our sandwiches and burrito, so we walk there and it wasn't even working!!! We were telling the attendant that it didn't work, he was very rude telling us that it did work and that he wasn't going to go over to help because it works. We ended up getting our money back, but he didn't scan our food and just threw a 5 dollar bill and 50 cents; I was so upset because he didn't scan the food we gave him back and just took his money and left with my party because I was absolutely DISGUSTED how this idiot attended us. I urge everyone to refrain from stepping a foot inside.

Read moreI wish I could give this review a negative star. I usually come here around 3am every Saturday before work. The graveyard attendant is really rude and he is always on his phone. Horrible customer service. For the past few months I have noticed there is usually a sign saying the systems are down. At first I was thinking "ok no big deal" until it became consistent. Today, myself along with other customers, were yelled at and rushed out of the store without any reason. I paid for my things and sat in my car for a bit. The attendant locked the doors and placed a sign up saying the systems are down and stood outside talking on his phone...OK, now I see what's going on...
