Tacos Chapala — Restaurant in Stockton

This is my first and last time ever ordering here. I’m not saying that the food is not good but when I called to order my food for my lunch break I asked what came on the Asada fries the lady taking the order said Asada, cheese, sour cream, salsa and guacamole be asked do you want everything and I said yes I want everything. So I go pick up my order I drive back to my work and open up the food container and all I have is cheese, sour cream and Asada on my fries. So, I call and talk with the lady who answered the phone and told her what happened. She answered with, well the only thing that comes on it is Asada, sour cream and cheese. I told her that called and I was told that salsa and guacamole also came on it, she said no that’s extra and then she rudely askied what do you want to do I have a line of people. Her customer service was horrible!!! She didn’t apologize, offered to take some money off of my next order or anything that restaurants typically do when they make a mistake with the customers order. I will not be returning to this restaurant, they need to teach their staff better...

Used to be my favorite taco place but now they have a bunch of kids working who apparently don't know how to make a burrito! The young boys are too worried about hitting on the girls working that they aren't paying any attention to what they are doing! Made my all meat burrito with rice and beans, thankfully the girl caught it and had him remake it but he scooped all the meat juice into the burrito so when I was trying to eat in my car it was a mess and it was half the size it normally is! I really hope management does something about the continuous issues this location keeps having! Also never seems to have anything in stock, I'm always being told "we don't have that...

Food is decent, I'm very particular with my Mexican food, the item I don't recommend is the Hawaiian torta, not my favorite on the menu. I've had the burrito I'll give that an 8 out of 10 only because of size, also. had a super torta 7 of 10, which lacks the wow factor of a really good torta, and the Hawaiian torta definitely a 5 out of 10, fell flat for a torta, with huge chunks of hame instead of slices, so also lacked the wow factor.
