Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Stockton

This is the worst service I've ever had, I'll never go back to this Jack in the box. I had to wait in the drive thru for 35 minutes, when I finally got up to the window to get my food, it wasn't what I ordered plus the food was cold like it just came out of the fridge, my Tacos weren't ready plus I had asked of no hot sauce, I was told by the guy who waited on me to please park that they forgot to make them & it would take about 15 minutes to make & they would bring them out to me, after about another 25 minutes, I finally knocked on the window where a young lady employee was sitting down eating she then came to the door & I asked her about my 10 Tacos she said wait a minute, she then came back to the door & basically through them @ me when I got home it was like they put a whole bottle if hot sauce on them. She was very very rude & very disrespectful. I wish someone from the corporate office would make a surprise visit to this location. There was a very long line of cars waiting, there were 3 cars in front of me & @ least 2 or 3 behind me...

Ordered some food with drinks thru the drive thru. The girl taking the order didn't even ask us what size we wanted for the combos. So once we were at the window to pay, we nicely asked the boy at the window who was going to ring us up if they can make all the drinks large. He stops and looks back at whomever was behind him and turns back to us and says "its kind of too late now to do that" excuse me? How hard would it have been to change 2 drinks to large? Sounds like laziness to me. Didn't even ask if we wanted sauce so after we asked for them, it was as if the boy at window threw the bags at me as if he was trying to rush me to leave. I then calmly told them that they were rude and left. Not only that but i had to go back because they also forgot my burrito ! The manager happily took care of us this time and handled it professionally otherwise I would've rated 1 star. Please get new employees or atleast retrain them! They are...

Stopped by the drive thru to get some lunch on my Lunch break. I got a #11 Homestyle chicken Sandwich and got a spicy chicken patty instead. Couldn’t even eat the sandwich due to my bad acid reflux problem or return it because I only have a 30 minute lunch. Decided to call the store so they take note of what happen and possibly credit my order but “Freddy” wanted me to take the sandwich back . I had explained my reasoning for not being able to take it back or not being able to consume what I purchased and he stated I can take it there after I get off work. I don’t even live in town just happen google the closest Jack in the box in on my route. Ridiculous if you ask me. He was obviously management there.
