Burger King — Restaurant in Stockton

This place is by far the absolute worst fast food restaurant that I have ever been in. I walked in there for lunch needed to wash my hands I asked for the key they told me the bathroom is for customers only. I stated I'm here to order lunch. I was told that I had to order my food before I was able to use the bathroom. while I was placing my order the the people behind the counter were the rudest, meanest cashiers that I have ever come across they wouldn't answer any of my questions I asked for a specialty sandwich that said they could not make it that way. I asked them for catch up from my French fries they gave me one packet of catch up. I asked them for a couple more they said 25 cents each for ketchup then I asked for some salt they gave me One packet of salt you could not get refills at all they were an extra 1.00 the food Was absolutely disgusting my Whopper was absolutely just thrown together looked and looked as if it had been thrown on the ground it was dry it had no it had nothing on it. it was disgusting it was horrible I took one bite and left it. I will never ever go back to this Burger King restaurant and neither should you it is that bad customer service sucked so bad and the food's...

I went into this place after traveling all day. I ordered a whopper jr and a small mozzarella stick, they made me wait over 30 mins for my order and when I asked why it was taking so long the associate and the manager had such a bad attitude and then ignored my questions n efforts to speak to them. The manager literally told me that the fact I requested the meat to be fresh off the broiler that my wait was my prob not there’s. She walk away and they even bumped my order off the screen so it looked like they finished it. When I did get the food everything was cold cold and uneatable. I have never experienced such bad service before. I’m at the Hampton inn for a few days since in here for business but I will not ever return to this bk nor will I recommend it. I don’t even know if this is a franchise or not but idk who to speak to in regards to this cuz even the receipt only has one number to call and it’s never even answered as I called a few times. What I’m upset about is the lack of cheerfulness and how effed up my food was. My whopper was made super sloppy. Most places I go, that’s not even a problem, but today it was. My freaking chicken strips were DRY and just tossed in its box. They are typically a 10 piece and I received about 18 pieces, but they were dry and hard as a rock. It’s obvious that they were the last expired batch. The girl then asked me if I wanted any sauce, I had said bbq and there was nothing but ketchup thrown in the bag. I didn’t even ask for ketchup. Also, they handed me a sprite when it was in fact a root beer I had ordered. They need to get it together. Ridiculous. Just threw away my money for that garbage. Not to mention the owner or somebody needs to fix the pavement in the drive thru. Horrible...
