
On September 21, 2021 I placed an online for two pieces of artwork. I wanted them both framed. The issue with this company started the moment I pressed send. Their website allowed me to ask for expedited shipping on the framed pieces of art, the next morning I was immediately called and told we can not expedite framed pieces of art they will take up to seven business days to ship. I agreed to it and expected that in 7 to 10 days my two pieces of art would ship. well today is October 18th, not only do I not have my art but this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. buying three separate homes was easier than buying two pieces of inexpensive art. When I finally receive one of them last week, it arrived damaged and when they installed the hanging hardware on the back of the framed art they put it in upside down,so I would've had to hang this picture sideways ....unbelievable. I am over 600 miles from this beautiful company and thus had to have my items delivered! I made an error on my order, let me repeat that I MADE THE ERROR, and I did not catch the error. I received a call on what I am sure was their off day to inform me they were pulling my order together and noticed there were pre-ordered items (not currently in stock) but that I had paid for expedited shipping and did I mean to order those items (other businesses would have shipped the in stock items and left my pre-orders for whenever without notice). I was preoccupied with other things that I saw the pop-up notification when I was ordering but didn't comprehend it at the time, and I told him this. He had so much patience and asked if I wanted a different design and then proceeded to provide me with the items and descriptions that they currently had in house for shipping so that I could get my items timely! I chose new items and received my shipped notice! I am extremely happy and grateful for the experience and interaction! These will be gifts for my girls' night this weekend, and I know the ladies will love the items since they are coming from such a caring environment!...

Before I ordered the gift I contacted the company as I wanted to pick up the items since I would be in the area. There is an option to pick up or delver. I stated when I would stop by and made sure it was OK. Check the store hrs. I order the items and notice that they shipped it instead of the pick up. Well I was already miles away and needed the item so I stopped by the location to purchase another one for my trip. There was no one there and I called several times and left a message. That was over a week ago. I have travel there and back which was 17 hours to and from. Still haven't heard back. Now I am waiting for the items to be delivered and now the event is over I don't need the items anymore. I just returned from my trip and contacted the location and left a message as still no one is answering the phone. I am unhappy with the service and I totally disappointed that the item was shipped and no one was at the store so that I could purchase the item. I ordered the items on April 1st.
