MWT Tire and Auto — Local services in Stonewall

If I could give zero stars I would. Save your time and money and find somewhere else to have your vehicle worked on because it could save your vehicle and save you from getting hurt. These people could have caused me to get hurt and didn’t even have the decency to apologize for what happened to my truck and did the bare minimum to fix the damages. I had a wheel hub assembly put on my truck and some other suspension parts a little over a month ago and just last week I was going 65mph and all my studs broke off and I lost a tire and wheel on the front passenger side that they replaced for the wheel hub assembly. Luckily my vehicle wasn’t severely damaged and I was ok. I also had brand new tires I had them put on my truck a month ago and even though I lost one of them due to the wheel coming off they couldn’t even match the rim size I had on my truck or even bother giving me a new tire because they wanted to blame it on the part they installed. They treated the situation like it wasn’t their problem after I had paid them $1,500 to have them do work on my truck and I also had to come out of pocket a tow fee that they wouldn’t even cover after they were the last ones to do the work on my truck. This company claims professional service and high quality products but can’t even treat customers fair or ensure the parts they use meet...

Had wife take truck for oil change and alignment. They told my wife they couldn’t do alignment because upper control arms are shot. I just replaced them 3,000 miles ago when I put a lift on the truck literally 3 months ago. Got told it’d be 900 to replace the control arms. Mind you the parts are 58 bucks a piece and it’s about a 1.5-2 hour job. So I declined them fixing it. Then got told it’s an extra 44 dollars for them to tell me my control arms were bad! Then got the oil change and they didn’t even rotate my tires because the guy “went to lunch”. This isn’t even the best part. During all this they broke my shifter cable that I’ve never had a problem out of before and told my wife they “rigged it up” to get her home.
