I called around 5p to see if any appointments were available for the end of day. I was told to come at 5:30, and then asked to change until 6. I arrived at 6 but services did not begin until 6:45. While I waited, I saw both a walk-in and a scheduled appointment being started, but not me. But I waited. I asked for a full set, and showed the technician a photo. The work was hurried; a few of my nails are crooked, and one tip is cracked. On the phone, I was told the service was $30. The photos on Google Review also state $30. I was told at the end of my visit that the total due was $65. I asked why and was never given a clear answer. I paid and left, as making a scene is only cute when Julia Roberts does it in Pretty Woman. This establishment is clean and while everyone was wearing masks, they were not practicing...

I am not a regular at having my nails done but the other places I have used were a huge disappointment. Henry was AMAZING with me! My finger nails turned out beautiful! I bite my nails and any time i have gotten a french tip it looks like trash but somehow he made it look perfect! Not to mention while another lady was doing my pedicure he came over to me and finished the touchups on my nails so i can hury and get to the bank (inside) because i was leaving for vacation that next morning!
