If I owned this Sonic, I'd can every one there I think. AWFUL customer service for the most part. Every time I go it takes forever and a day to order. Several times the communication box has been down and only once did I have a gal come out to take my order, the other times you eventually have to figure out the malfunction yourself (no signs or employees outside taking orders) As happens with most fast food joints they get your order wrong much of the time, or the fries are cold, etc. One day I pulled up to order 12 of their largest hamburger meals for the guys at work staying late due to an emergency repair at our facility. I gave the order, The gal sighed into the microphone and said "Just a minute." Then a Male came on the microphone and said, "Hey man, we are out of hamburgers, so we can't help you." Then put the headset down. He didn't ask if I needed to change the order, just "we can't help you." I know he put the headset down because it had a hot mic. I could shear them over the headset laughing and having a good time. Sounded like a party going on in there. No way they were out of burgers at a Sonic at like, 6PM, they just didn't want to deal with a large order. Every chance I have now, I go to ANY fast food joint to buy for the guys at the plant other than this place, but once in a while I am too rushed and it is the only fast food in the area; so I think, "Well, maybe they have pulled their heads out, or have new management that actually know that they are in a CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY, I'm in a hurry, I'll try it out again. It never fails to be a dismal failure. I'd have saved more time driving clear down to Joaquin, or up into Shreveport. I hope someone opens another fast food joint in the area, does a good job and puts this Sonic out of everyone's misery. Come on Chick-Fil-A! I'd love to give my $80+ food orders to them, now there is a fast food joint that knows what customer service is, but anything is better...

This review has been a long time coming. I've given this place three tries over the course of several months, hoping for an improvement. Unfortunately, each visit left me disappointed.
Service: The service has been consistently poor across all three visits. Each time, mistakes were made with my order, and getting staff's attention to correct them was an ordeal. When they did attempt to fix the issues, the rushed efforts were evident in the quality of the result.
Food: The food, unfortunately, doesn't make up for the service. The bacon was consistently overcooked to the point of being more like a thick potato chip, crumbling and tasting burnt. The burger meat was better than what youâd get at a fast food chain like McDonald's, but the assembly looked haphazard, as if thrown together from opposite ends of the kitchen. The fries were just okayâthankfully, it's hard to mess those up.
Big notable frustration: they charge for soda refills. I understand charging after multiple refills, but to be charged for the very first one is unreasonable, especially when drinks are served packed full of ice with a minimal amount of liquid. Kids constantly complain about this.
Overall: The combination of terrible service, barely mediocre food, and extra charges for basic things like soda refills makes this a place I would only revisit if someone else is payingâand even then, I'd try to convince them to...

âTwas the night before quarantine when all through the home, No toilet paper was found, it was like Ancient Rome The pantry and fridge were stuffed with food, In hopes to make the family be in a good mood. The children were driving us out of our heads While parents were awake feeling stressed in their beds And mama in her robe and I in my trousers Had finally calmed down for a measly few hours When out in the street there arose a big crash I ran to the kitchen to check on my stash I looked out of my window and to my surprise Saw a man selling hand soap on the corner, no lie The street light shone down on the wet flooded streets I started to scream saying COVID 19! When what to my paranoid mind did appear But eight random shoppers buying Lysol, not beer With a little old Doctor that was lively and slick We hoped for a cure that would get here real quick Faster than lightning new orders they came No movies or restaurants, oh what a shame! The leaders they met to give us our plans From China to Italy, to us and Japan We pray for the world and all of us in it To get rid of this virus, we...
