I had one of the worst experiences. Been traumatized since and do a lot of online shopping because of this. I've never visited this store since and am actually writing this description a year after rating because I couldn't bare to describe what occurred. I went in line at about 9:40pm one night before they were closing to purchase some sheets. The price at the register was more than expected. I told the cashier I may have grabbed the wrong one that I'd go check and be back. Her supervisor stepped in and said no you may not go look we are closing. I told him there were still about 15min left and that I'd be quick. He still refused and told me I either buy the sheets or I don't. I refused and said the sheets were not in the right location if they could please get me the ones that were listed on sale. He sends someone who comes back without sheets and confirms the price. I then explain to him that I'm not disputing the price I just must have grabbed the wrong one and asked why could they just not bring the correct one to the register. By this time it was 10 mins to close. Now I'm upset because he's talking down to me and embarrassing me telling me that if I can'tafford it to leave his store. I told him I would call tomorrow and make a complaint. He then says to another employee to call the police and tell them I'm threatening him. She does call, and in the meantime they do get me the sheets I wanted after much back and forth. When the police arrive I've already purchased my items and they found me in tears. They didn't say anything. I just got my bags and left as they followed me out the employees were all at the bottom of the escalator yelling comments for me to leave. The cops hushed them and told me to not pay them any mind. I got in my vehicle and cried for about 20mins. The cops didnt leave til I did. But i was shaking too much to start my car. I was completely embarrassed. Following the incident I called Target corporate to make a complaint. They said the store manager refused to contact me for an apology(which wouldn't fix anything) and that they regrettably could not do anything to help me. The worst experience that I have to live...

During my evening visit, I particularly enjoyed the peaceful environment, both in-store and in the parking lot. The attention to detail in stock replenishment and the superb lighting in the makeup aisle enhanced my shopping experience. However, I did notice a limited supply of the "No. 7" product line, which required multiple aisle visits to locate. I know she’s a little older with shoulder length hair, and she always has her glasses around her neck. She always works in the self checkout lane. She’s extremely friendly, she always ask me if I found everything okay, and even takes the time to have small talk making me feel like a valued customer.
The other person is Joey. I had the pleasure of interacting with him yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to assist me regarding my air fryer I had purchased a few months back.
