I'm not sure where this franchise is going. I've been going to Olive Garden for years and it is strange how so many of my favorite foods are gone from the menu. The items they have are fine but nothing really wowed me. I didn't even see a kids menu on my menu. They used to have great Pizza but that is gone. They used to have great manicotti, gone. They used to have a good cannelloni dish, gone. These were long time staples of the menu. I don't mind OG experimenting with new items but not at the expense of classics. The breadsticks are still great but you have to keep asking for them. The soups are fine. The salad has not changed in 20 years. The red moscato they have is really good. The service is fine and you don't have to wait for a waitress to pay if you have a credit card. OG feels like so many other American companies, waiting to be disrupted. UPDATE: This location has not gotten any better and in fact it's gotten worse, on a relatively light night the level that of incompetence was surprising. The bar was a disaster. First they didn't have what they needed for one of their signature cocktails, so I ordered a mojito and my friend got an old fashioned. My drink was watery and not refreshing as a mojito should be and the bar tender didn't know the old fashioned recipe. Then I saw them poor beer for other customers, IF JON TAFFER SAW THIS HE WOULD SCREAM, it was all foam which as we all know from bar rescue means the refrigeration for the beer SUCKS!!! At least the breadsticks were good. Then we get to the table after a 45 minute wait. NOTE the wait alert app is good. We look at the menu and wow, I never thought I would see OG with such a small menu, I get COVID stuff but still no kids menu and why would you not bring back something simple like a pizza during a pandemic? Believe it or not the food they do have is still OK. I have to say that the best part of the experience was the waiter Kevin, great kid, felt really enthusiastic to be there, attentive and knowledgeable. Every restaurant should have a Kevin on their staff. OVERALL this place is dying a slow death and I hope that other locations are doing better. I'm removing a star.

Enjoyed a nice dinner here with my family. The service was mostly excellent. The food was just as good. Parking is plentiful. Nice atmosphere, quiet dining areas, bar as well. Breadsticks are amazing. During our dinner a very nice manager stopped by to see how everything was, which at that point was very good. The only negative was at the end of our meal our server never returned with the bill. There we're two tablets on the table that you could see your bill on, one had an error and the other one had somebody else's bill for far less than hours. I pushed the button to call the server. About 10 minutes went by and still no one showed up I then got up and asked someone for our server. I could see by glancing into the kitchen area that they were two or three people I believe servers leaning against the counter, talking or on their phones. Our server came by and said we could pay via the tablet that was on every table. We told them that we want to pay cash and the reply was that we could leave the cash on the table under the tablet (over $140) and if we wanted change she could get change for us. I absolutely don't understand this process I've never seen it done this way in any restaurant, ever. It was not a good ending to our meal. The server was very pleasant and got our order correct the food was pretty timely in coming although the salad and soup arrived about 3 minutes before the main dinner which was a little awkward but still okay. On our way out there was a group of servers and desk people behind the takeout desk they look up as we passed and wished us a good night and said thanks for coming. To sum it up; the ordering, food and the atmosphere were great the process to pay your bill was one of the worst I've ever experienced. Two stars off for this issue.

My partner and I came in tonight with one of our children. Our service was bad, though I will say our server Janica was kind. Please keep in mind this is a Sunday night. The place wasnt busy. We ordered 2 entrees. Each comes with endless breadsticks, and choice of soup or salad and a kids chicken finger meal. By the time entrees finally came out we had finished our breadsticks soup and salad & were expecting more to come(as they are “endless”). Not once did she bother to ask if we would like more breadsticks, soup, salad or even drinks. The food took forever to get to the table. Once we finally got it, our child’s food was good, my boyfriend’s food seemed fine, but my food just wasn’t right. I had ordered fettuccini Alfredo with steak (medium rare) and broccoli. She had brought my pasta and steak but said she would be right back with my broccoli. Time goes by, I’m collecting empty dishes to stack and leave for her on the corner of our table so she can collect them. Well she never did come to get them.these dishes stayed on the table our ENTIRE stay. So anyway as I’m waiting and I finally just started eating what I had. My steak was a hockey puck, I cut into it and it was completely brown and tough. Server was no where to be found so we had asked another employee that was there to get her. She came back and I sent it back for a medium rare. She then brings my “medium rare steak” and broccoli and walks away. I felt as if they were trying to make a joke of me because the steak they had brought me was completely raw in the center and cold. She came back to ask how it was and I didn’t want I give her any more of a hard time so we just asked for the bill and boxes. SHE NEVER CAME BACK TO THE TABLE YALL, apparently she sent the manager to take care of it. We weren’t being difficult with her at all. We were being nice to her, considering all the waiting we did and lack of attention to our table. Mind boggling, my mom worked as a waitress her entire life and I know these people work HARD for their tips. I’m just shocked with the lack of care we received here, as this is what she does for a living. We were seated in the back booth area and no other tables were seated there other than one and they had a different server, a male server. I hope this isn’t how she actually works & maybe just a rough night for her because this isn’t acceptable. I would’ve made my own pasta dinner at home had I know this was the service...
