Highly DO NOT recommend this location. Sales associate Jennifer randomly decided mid conversation of furniture questions to say "I have a client that I want to help for 5 minutes" and she proceeded to walk away. Very unprofessional on her part because I was asking her the total cost etc on the furnitures in my cart but she insisted on helping another person. (Kept me waiting for over 20 minutes)
Due to Jennifer's long wait, I asked another associate name Kim If she were able to help me with checking out my order. Kim replied "I have another client right now so you may wait" As I was talking with another guest about my potential purchase, sales associate Kim still being around the circumference for over 5 mins "helping her non existing guest" eavesdropped into my conversation shouting "What are you here for" "Are you looking for an invoice for a grant program" "That's what you want.. a program assistant for your furniture purchase?" I responded in confusion as to what she was shouting about.
Highly inappropriate behavior that I witnessed from these sales associate at the stoughton location.
Another sales associate named Maria L saw how uncomfortable I was with the inappropriate behavior of her co worker Kim so she claimed she would like to assist me from there.
As I thought this would have been the last inappropriate behavior from these employees at Bobs furniture... After showing sales associate Maria the specific items I wanted in my cart for check out.. we got to the front desk. Here comes ghosting sales associate Jennifer strolling to the desk telling Maria L, "sorry girl I was working with a different client"
Sales associate Jennifer never apoligized for strolling off in the middle of adding furnitures items to my cart.
It is a very DISORGANIZED non listening community of sales associates. When finally thinking I would get my itemized furniture list and pay.. Maria L, did not list the 5 items I showed her I wanted to pay for. She added a total of 9 items I never mentioned.
At that point I let them know that my business here was done. I would prefer a different furniture store that had class and paid attention to details.
I see why they don't make sales at this location.
Bobs furniture franchisee would be purely disappointed if he found out that he hired horrific employees who don't bring good business for the company.
Everyone should drive to a different Bobs location or even a different furniture store to get standard customer service.
I personally will look for a different furniture company to beautify my home

We requested to use the buy now pay later service because I intended to pay for the items for my cousin and thought using Bob's credit service that allows us to pay over time would have worked well. We worked with Luis Hugo. At the time of the transaction, I was helping my cousin who had just moved to the area and needed assistance. I drove all the way from Glastonbury CT to come to your store to allow my cousin the chance to get the items she needed. Now at the time of the purchase the expectation was that we were getting Bob's store credit, only to see weeks later a card come in the mail showing a company name Fortiva. It was not communicated to us at the time of the purchase that this is the service being offered otherwise I would have done things differently. Not only is their interest rate over 35% they also instantly charged an annual fee of $74. This is cruelty at its best. None of this was communicated to us. Now Fortiva can't even give us an account number for us to make the payment through my account online.. but that's a different story. I paid more than $600 upfront using my personal credit at the time. Mind you, I could have paid all but wanted to give myself time to pay for something that is not mine. We are however being charged for an item we have not yet received (the chair). There has been no follow up communication, no indication as to when this item will be received. Now I am not only leaving a comment here, I will be making a formal complaint to consumer affairs regarding the matter. This is not how you treat a customer. This is wrong on so many different levels. How can you sign someone up for a service with another company without communicating the details and worst, it's been more than a month and she still has not received one of the items. This is unacceptable and very disappointing to say the least. And let me not talk about how she received a damaged sectional with the springs piecing through on the backside. Read moreNot sure how to review this place. First time buying a new, nice, couch. I love it. My family loves it. I financed it and got the protection plan and white glove delivery. I got the couch I wanted in a relatively short time, like a week and it was in inventory. But there were mishaps every step of the way. And continues to be a headache. I spent over $3,000 on a couch.
My information wasn't put in correctly causing delays with the financing and purchase process while I was in the store. My couch was delivered recklessly and damaged off the truck. One piece has a scratch on the seat and a tear on the side of it.
I immediately reported the damage and got a replacement scheduled for another week out. After settling down from being upset I take my dog out and am shocked when I open my front door. The hallway to my apartment was a disaster. The Styrofoam shipping protection was clearly haphazardly ripped off the couches there. It was a huge mess. Little broken pieces were everywhere. It was awful and embarrassing as the new tenant in the building.
Back to the financing. I still can't create a login to manage the balance. My information doesn't match. The finance company is completely incompetent and my birthday, account number, and my social have all been incorrect and continue to be put in wrong every time I call in. I know all of the right numbers, but cannot for the life of me get them all corrected so I can manage my $2,500 balance. It's very frustrating.
I don't even have any physical proof of my financing account. The account number I got in the store does not match the one the lender told me matches my name and address. The social and birthday from lender don't match mine. I can pay over the phone but I have never seen anything that confirms this is even my account.
