Hello, sad to say I've been using this Pharmacy for certain medications for about 6 months regularly because they all ways have the meds I need on hand and have great hours. I went in this month to fill and pick up my normal prescription and there was a new Pharmacist in charge that I have never seen before. This was on Friday, October 18th, 2024 Between the hours of 9:30am and 12 noon. She is what seems to be a middle aged Caucasian woman with brown hair of average hight and size. I do not have her name as she refused to provide it. She profiled me based off of how I look amd the medications I take. I tried to ease the situation because at the end of the day, I just needed my meds but she was very rude not only to myself but when my doctor got on the phone with here she was very rude to my doctor as well. I understand people have bad days, but this was way above and beyond that. If I could put negative stars it would be a negative 5 star review. Not only was I and my doctor treated like this we where told they we could no longer do business with this specific Walgreens. That we need to find somewhere else to go. When clearly there was no actual issue, just a personal one since the script was still filled which upset her even more. This turned what is normally a very pleasant 10-15 minut visit into an almost 2 hour hell, which required 4 phone calls from my doctor. We where both also lied to and disrespected. This is not professional behavior and should not be allowed in this or any type of environment. It's shows that this particular person and Pharmacy discriminate and profile against certain individuals. When again I have been doing business here without any issue for years and regularly with this doctor who is well know and highly awarded in her field regularly for the past 6 months. This was a horrible experience and I hope my review causes others to think about doing business elsewhere. We are in the process of filing a formal complaint as well. Read morenever again!!! photo service is nonexistent I ordered a canvas online at 8pm and I was given the choice to pick it up at 9:45 that same day. I went there at 11:05,more than an hour past the time it was supposed to be ready and surprise, surprise my canvas wasn't ready. the guy in charge of the photos had no idea I ordered a canvas and after looking in vane for a couple of minutes, he was suggested to check the computer. after checking the computer he told me that it wasn't ready.. so I asked how come it wasn't ready and obviously he had no good answer for me. now comes the interesting part: a lady steps in and asks me when did I submit the photo, and after telling her that I went in one at 8pm she puffs and tells me that it would be impossible for my canvas to be ready in such a short time, so I pull out my phone and show her a snapshot of my computer screen that clearly says that my canvas would be ready at 9:45. she comes back telling me that the system is wrong and that my canvas would be ready by tomorrow. after telling her that I need the canvas the early the next day( otherwise I wouldn't have went to Walgreens at 11pm!!!) she tells me with an attitude that if I need the canvas in the morning I should stop by at 7 am and it would be ready. now I am wondering does this lady even care about my situation?? does she care that I have a 3yr old daughter that I have yo take to pre k before I get to work in the morning?? the answer is NO. May I say that the store is very disorganized , kind of dirty and the customer service, well, you gwt attitude instead of that so hood luck! GO TO CVS !!! Read moreAll around horrible customer service. The staff have no idea how to answer any of your questions. They clearly need training In customer service. Also one huge issue is the fact that Walgreens tends to have major issues with WIC products. Now you guys need to go into your baby food aisle and scan every single jar of baby food that is WIC approved as well as the rice cereal, oatmeal, formula, and other items. Including 1% milk and skim milk. Don't say you guys Take WIC if you actually don't. I asked the lady why there were no WIC stickers on the baby foods and her answer was "I don't know" asked if I could speak to somebody about it "my manager is currently on break but she should be back in 20 minutes" "my Uber is waiting outside do you see I literally have a crying baby?"
And then I ordered food from Uber through Walgreens now they are supposed to get the items ready, and then have it ready for the person to get. Or at least help the person bag the items. I literally received my items from a very distressed man who kept trying to find help and couldn't find help at the store. Literally every single item in my bag was wrong because somebody couldn't help the man. He picked the wrong kinds of chocolates the wrong kinds of diapers the wrong kinds of everything it's not his fault, he's an older man and he needed help he took 40 minutes in that store to try to make sure he got the items right looking around to see if he can find anybody to help him with items and nobody was around to help him.
