Edible Couture — Restaurant in Stratford

Ok so, I decided last minute to buy 4 birthday cupcakes... I put the GPS on for edible couture I hit Barnum by micky d's and it's 6pm closing time. Dang! I call and she is very accomodating and says she will wait. Baybeeeeee. They need to have a drive through. So u can get what u claim u are only buying. Beeecause, I look over to my left... feeling so good I had to... lol (tweet). But seriously... I see this beautifully displayed Snack. I said to Tisha, "What in the world is that?" She did pre-warn me.."girl don't if u don't want to be addicted." Silly me calls her bluff. I said I probably won't make it home without eating it. Oh BTW it was a sweet potato cookie. Yes I said it in big back terminology. "Sweet Potato Cookie!".. I said why Tisha? Whhhhhhy... the lively woman behind the counter asked if I needed anything else? This review is long over do. This women has been blessed with the gift of baking. She makes things up and it comes to life. I can't go there too much because she has caused my family and I to become addicts. Baby she make a sweet potato cookie. Its not your average cookie plop some dough and bake. It has a buttery sweet crispy outside and in the middle a creamy sweet potato surprise. I have tried a lot of things in this bakery but that cookie is my goto. I dont buy just one. I get one for the car and one for home that I cut in 4s so I can stretch it out. I am currently in cookie rehab right now but I will be relapsing on Tuesday. Go check it out I promise you won't be disappointed. I forgot to tell you the customer service is phenomenal and the staff is amazing I will add pictures when I go back....

I couldn't wait to try try the desserts from this establishment Bc of all the great reviews. I brought four items. The strawberry shortcake cheese cup. I tasted very little strawberry besides t one piece of strawberry I had. The cream cheese over powered any taste of strawberry there was which was the crumble. I think a strawberry and vanilla cake layer with the cream cheese in the middle with the crumble will give it more of a strawberry flavor. I'm not sure how moist the cupcake itself was as the crumble was all over it and mixed into every bite. The banana cup was good. Tasted like banana. But no banana. The strawberry shortcake cupcake was a hit. And the Oreo vegan cupcake......well let's just say it fell apart and we lost a good bit of it. But I did like...
