Old Stratford Ale House — Restaurant in Stratford

Usually I love this place and have been many times. However, last night I went with my bf and upon walking in, the bartender, a middle aged man with dark hair, yelled for him to pull his pants up. I get that they must deal with a lot of different folks there and want to uphold standards, but upon trying to explain that my bf has medical issues that have caused him to lose a lot of weight in a short time we were further harassed and told to leave. He had no problem adjusting his belt if the opportunity would have been given, but there was a big problem with the tone of voice and the attitude presented by this employee. As a person who works in the hospitality industry I was actually appalled. I have seen it all, heard it all and dealth with it all....until this. It was 100 percent unacceptable behavior on behalf of this establishment that I have always known to care about...
