I completely agree with the gentleman David who is review should be below my exact things have happened to me and eight suggest to anyone to email corporate about it it has gotten especially bad in the past month where all of a sudden there were RC 3 to 5 people who disappeared from the restaurant who were sociable they were nice they had smiles on their faces if there was a problem they were more than willing to bend over backwards to help you but I walked into that restaurant the other day and stood there for a good 10 minutes before anyone took my order they only have enough staffing for the drive-through window in my food set up on that metal slide for at least five minutes before anybody even noticed it with my order so I got cold food including french fries which were ice cold from the walk to the building to the handicap spot they were cold and the attitude of don’t care runs through that place rapidly through that store and don’t know try to get the manager you don’t wanna talk to her she’ll put blame on everybody else when she herself can barely speak English along with the rest of the staff there used to be nice bilingual people in there and now it’s all gone downhill especially in the past month when all of a sudden these good employees who have been there for quite some time are all gone and the manager there just has such a nasty attitude somehow tonight I ordered off of my app on the phone a five dollar meal added tomatoes to it they screwed that up and a medium soda and somehow my bill came to $9.98 a medium soda and tomatoes cost five dollars the only reason I eat that often is because I’m on a limited budget and I don’t cook and I apologize to Spanish-speaking individual to actually try to speak the English language but when there’s an attitude of I don’t care behind it it upsets me they didn’t even give me a receipt with pricing on it like you were supposed to get a store I could go on and on but I will stop here but I suggest anybody that goes into the restaurant and has a problem to take the time and send a message to corporate I know I have already more than one in...
Read moreTo be honest I had no intention of rating this place. On Saturday 1.12.19 I went through the five through to get my family some food. Used a coupon for 2 whopper meals and added a Jr whopper and a large onion ring. I don't eat mayo so I ordered it without but added cheese. When I got home I had mayo and no cheese. Initially I was just going to call it a loss and just eat a bowl of cereal. But then I began to think and I am tired of constantly getting my food wrong and taking a loss. So I packed up the burger and my daughter and drove back to Burger King. When we went inside the staff was very friendly. I explained how I received the wrong sandwich. They said yours is right here. They apologized for giving me the wrong one. I figured while I was there I'd order another meal for my wife since she said the Jr whopper was smaller than she was expecting. I handed over my coupon to order one and they gave me the meal for free. In the car my daughter asked why they gave us a free meal and not just replace the sandwich. I asked her to recall how I approached the staff. She said you were nice and respectful. I said so how did the staff react? She said the same. I said their job is hard enough dealing with too many people who expect things when things don't go correctly. Sometimes mistakes happen and if you build yourself up to yell and become an irrate customer there will be a chain reaction of negativity. This was a great learning experience. When you show respect you get respect. I told her not to expect free things but it's a bonus when you do. All they had to do was replace the actual sandwich. They didn't have to go above and beyond. Read moreI'd give a negative five stars if I could, the only burger king in CT that says it doesn't sell rodeo burgers anymore, how do you stop selling one of the most iconic burger king burgers in history?! And they definitely don't follow the have it your way slogan as I attempted to order a cheeseburger with onion rings and BBQ sauce on it, willing to pay whatever extra for it, and they said they weren't allowed to do that? Most recently I tried to order the bacon cheesy tots that were displayed on the drive thru menu and they told me that they stopped selling those a few days ago, so why is it on the menu still? This is the most ridiculous Burger King I've ever gone to and that's saying a lot since I've gone to the Ansonia location a lot before going here! The only positive I can say about this location is that if you manage to go at the right time, the fries are absolutely delicious, nice and hot and perfect amount of salt without overdoing it, but that's if you can get there at the right time.
