What a great team! Everyone at this office has been amazing. I have been through PT before and never got the results this office gave me. I had a hip replacement. It was a rough time for me before this operation and after. I was constantly in pain and very little range of motion prior to the operation. After the operation I dug in with the wonderful team at this facility. I had setbacks and I just wanted to give up but my therapist, Renee, wasn’t ever going to give up. She worked with me through exercises, massage, manipulation. She treated me with respect, understanding, and so much empathy. I graduated today! I walk without pain. My ROM has increased significantly. I feel so much better. I was given all the tools I need to continue my recovery. I have been going here for a while now and just finished my PT program today. The whole staff has been great the entire time that I have been going here. I had been going here for two issues. I had Vertigo that Abby fixed almost immediately so thank you to her for that. It's nice not feeling dizzy and off balance anymore. A special shout out to my physical therapist, Rachel. She has been awesome! She has helped the pain that I was having in my back immensely. It was a work in progress but I knew it wouldn't be fixed overnight. She is a great person and therapist. I highly recommend Southwest General Therapy Services in Strongsville. When I first went there, I had an injury and could barely put my arm behind my back. I worked with Joe and Renee, and they are amazing! Both are extremely knowledgeable. They are also very kind, patient, and compassionate. I have made great progress and my shoulder is almost back to normal in just a few short weeks due to their great work. I am very grateful to them and would recommend them to anyone who needs physical therapy.
