Yesterday, my husband and I purchased a car from Infiniti of Stuart and had an excellent experience with our salesperson, Sheila N.. She was fantastic, patient and kind and made the process enjoyable. However, the situation took a turn for the worse when I met with Brandon, the credit manager, in a dimly lit room. He didn't introduce himself and immediately asked how I was planning to pay for the vehicle. When I mentioned using a credit card for a small portion, he rudely interrupted me to inform me of a three percent fee for credit card usage. I had already discussed the payment details with Hal T., director earlier, confirming it was a cash transaction with no financing involved. Brandon continued to argue until I suggested he call Hal to clarify. Hal arrived, turned on the lights, and confirmed the details I had provided. Astonishingly, Brandon bad-mouthed his colleague, claiming Hal was new and didn't know what he was talking about. Despite this, Brandon proceeded with the paperwork, had me sign everything, and refused to give me copies of the documents I had just signed. When it was time to pay the nearly $50,000 for the vehicle, Brandon saw my credit card on top of my cell phone, picked it up without asking, and I was left in total amazement. How rude! I wrote a check to complete the payment. He then printed out the necessary paperwork and handed it to me. When I asked about my license plate, he curtly replied, "Go see your salesperson; they will handle the rest and give you a full tank of gas!" Never once did Brandon say, "Thank you" or "Good luck with your vehicle." His customer relations were just horrible. I was so upset when I left his office and vocalized my concerns to both Sheila and Hal. Thankfully, Sheila and Hal were very professional and helped alleviate some of my frustration. I wish that I could give a better review, but, sadly with what went on with Brandone it tainted me feelings of...
Read moreInfiniti of Stuart made purchasing my new QX 50 SUV an easy decision. One of the few Dealers who I have contacted that actually gives you detailed information over the phone or by texting, I knew that we had a good chance to make a deal before I went to the Dealership for a test drive. The exact QX50 which I inquired about was freshly detailed and parked outside waiting for me when I arrived for my test drive appointment. Mathew Carlisle, my Salesperson, met me at the door and off we went. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the advantages of buying an Infiniti from his Dealership. Upon our return to the Dealership, I then met Willie Heflin, the New Car Sales Manager, who was most helpful and informative about the financial and leasing options available. Once I decided on leasing the vehicle, Mathew then presented me with a clear detailed offer that included a very fair trade-in allowance for my current vehicle. After we discussed a few minor adjustments to the offer, we arrived at Deal. The whole process only took a few minutes and at no time did I feel pressured. I always felt like they wanted to work with me and appreciated my business. I then completed the purchase with Hus Ebrahimi, the Finance Manager, who was also truly excellent. Mathew then presented me with an Infiniti swag bag with some nice Infiniti merchandise to take home. He also spent a great deal of time showing me how to operate all the tech and safety features of the QX50 and made my first 30 day complementary service appointment. The Dealership also offers free car washes, a beautiful mini Starbucks cafĂ© with complementary snacks and drinks, and the optional âAuto Butlerâ automotive detailing system. I have been to a number of Infiniti Dealers before, who usually attempt to offer a first class experience, but they are no match for the staff and facilities at this...
Read moreIf i could give a review under 1 star i would! They do not deserve more than a star. I had my car picked up for a horn and trunk suspensions ONLY replacement, I asked if it was not covered under my warranty to not work on the car i then got a call from them stating that my warranty (it was placed on the passenger seat) was not in my car and that they had searched my glove compartment and center counsel without my consent. They then did not communicate with me stating that my car would have to stay there a few days i had to keep calling them back and forth to get updates on my car and when i would receive my car again as they did not even give me a loaner, they then proceeded to tell me they didnt have loaners at that dealership which was bs because they then offered me one. A few days later when my car was ready for pickup they emailed me the bill of almost 7 thousand dollars!!!! I then found out that they had also replaced two engine mounts without my consent. I then had my car inspected to make sure the work was done since they charged me 7 thousand dollars on something that they did not tell me they needed to fix. Of course they charged my warranty 2 engine mounts and only replaced one. If i would have never had my car inspected they would have never told me they did not replace both engine mounts, so i then took my car back into infiniti and they inspected the car and of course they needed to inspect the car to realize that the cars two engine mounts werent replaced and that it was âback orderedâ and its upsetting because if i would have never went back to infiniti to confirm that the work was done i would have never known the part was âback orderedâ and they would have never replaced it. My car also came back with a few scratches which i regret not taking pictures of my car prior to them taking it. Definitely do NOT recommend...
