Kerry gave us the best experience in preserving flowers, and memories, from our grandma’s funeral. At the very last minute, when we were walking away from the casket flowers, we thought about trying to find someone who could help preserve the amazing bouquet our family picked out for the most special woman. We looked up & called the first place we could find locally. Kerry was responsive, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the whole process. She helped us sift through hundreds of flowers, and was patient as we worked through our very large order. She posted videos of the process, sent us proofs to approve prior to pouring, and wanted to ensure we would be happy with the final outcome. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, especially in the care & understanding she took in working with our family during some very difficult times. She happily took on our last minute & large demand and always made time for us. She sent us away with beautiful pieces & more. Kerry’s work is unbelievable! From the first interaction with her, you’ll be friends! She is so quick to respond to all messages and is a great communicator. I was looking for a way to preserve my wedding flowers and she jumped right in! She helped make some suggestions and once we decided what will work best, she walked me through how to send my flowers that I thought would be too fragile (and were not!). Once she received them, she must have gotten right to work because she turned our project around so quickly! I couldn’t be happier with my preserved wedding flowers—the end result was everything I ever wanted and more. Every detail was handled with such care and thoughtfulness. She even included a butterfly to represent my great uncle who had passed, which meant the world to me. Seeing the final piece in person instantly took me back to our wedding day, and I’m forever grateful for that feeling.
