Idea Lab Kids Aliana — Local services in Sugar Land

I don't usually leave business reviews but I have to for this case. We did a tour of this place and we were clearly explained what to expect from a party package and we were told that we could pick 3 activities as part of our party. We were happy with the tour and we choose our 3 activities for the theme party package. Our party invitation was actually related to the theme we picked. Came the day of the party, and we ended up getting 3 standalone acvitities without the actual party theme that we choose! Called this business and the owner had the most strange explanation I ever heard of. She was making no sense at all and you could tell she was clearly trying to explain a mistake! My invoice even shows the name of the theme package we picked when in fact we did not get that theme! The owner explained that they followed the activities we requested, and yes of course they did but they decided to leave out the actual theme of the party package! Just sold us 3 activities that we could have done at home with the same amount of kids! Daughter is still unhappy because she had the expectation of getting the whole theme she picked and feels it was not the party she wanted. I would not go back or recommend this place if they decide to make assumptions and decisions on my behalf without actually agreeing with the customer on what...

Since the opening of Idea Lab Kids Aliana my two kids have done few of their summer camps, particularly Movie Making, App Creation and more. I strongly feel that my kids are getting most value of the time and money being invested here. After doing their few camps and after school classes (before COVID) my kids have implemented the learning towards real life problem solving. Definitely check out their website as they offer camps, birthday celebrations and more. The teachers are excellent and fun particularly Mr.Sid. My kids are looking forward to more camps this summer (Online and In Person ones are followed by strict safety regulations during Corona time). The atmosphere and teaching style motivates kids to come back next day for more learning/fun. The Director of this location (Aliana) Nishita J. offers great programs during summer camps, after school programs and has a positive attitude to empower students!! It was an absolute pleasure to celebrate my kids birthdays at Idea Lab Aliana. My son and daughter have their birthdays on the same week. While I was not planning to have a party this year, my son requested one. With just about a week to go, I reached out to Nishita (owner) to inquire about availability. She was very patient in explaining the various activities and assured me that we had enough time to make it a memorable celebration. Despite last minute RSVPs, she was very accommodating and never made me feel like I was bothering her. On the day of the party, the staff was incredibly warm. Julie took out time to arrange the guest meals in a way that made it more visually appealing, while her colleagues helped me decorate the room. All 20+ children in attendance had a great time with the planned activities ranging from creating a robot to science experiments.
