Updating the review because we just did another room! The Alice Themed Room! ***
I have now done 4 of the different escape rooms, the kill, the woods rigleys manor and Aliceâs Dream. I will review each room.
Aliceâs Dream: âď¸ âď¸ âď¸ âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ I would give this room a million stars if I could. Of all the rooms, it was the largest, which I really enjoyed! It was very whimsically themed and we absolutely LOVED it. The puzzles were challenging, but still really fun and I really just canât get over how you really felt like you were in Aliceâs Dream! Such a fun and unique experience, that is totally different from the other rooms that we have done so far! If you are going to do any of the rooms, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Aliceâs Dream. Miranda was joy to work with as well and even stayed behind with us for a minute to go over some of the puzzles/areas we were still gray on once it was all said and done. She was very patient but also understood from the get-go that we were the types of players that we WILL escape no matter what đ
The woods: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ We did this one with 5 people and had so much fun. It was difficult but in the best way. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this room and the story with it. It was our first room but still managed to escape although we did need a few extra hints. This is my favorite room thus far.
The Kill: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ While we enjoyed this room, and absolutely LOVED our room guide Carson, there were some areas that were incredibly confusing that i definitely would not have gotten without our hints (without going into detail, it pertains to the wine). There was a spooky factor to it but it was still VERY enjoyable!
Rigleyâs Manor: âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ This was my least favorite because it was definitely the most challenging. My boyfriend and I just sat there clueless for a good bit of our time. We ended up speed running hints at the end just so we could escape. It was still enjoyable but it definitely was pretty frustrating considering the puzzles felt different than the other rooms.
Regardless, we have had an amazing time in all of the rooms so far and are really looking forward to doing the other rooms. Also incredibly dreading the day we complete the rooms they have because they do not really change things around or reinvent the rooms to be able to come back to something fresh.
It is also really awesome that you can book the room with 2 people. I really donât know how I would feel about having random people join us lol.
Cant wait to book our next room in the next...
Read moreA Letdown at "Let Me Out" - Misleading Hours and Disappointing Experience
I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at "Let Me Out," an escape room establishment that left much to be desired. The misleading hours and lack of consideration for customers' time and expectations have left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
To begin with, the posted hours of operation at "Let Me Out" are completely misleading. Both on their website and on the door signage, it clearly states that the closing time is 11:00 PM for both Friday and Saturday. However, we discovered the hard way that the last game on Friday ended at 9:30 PM, while on Saturday, it ended at 10:30 PM. How is it possible that the closing time remains the same, yet one day's last game starts an hour earlier? This inconsistency is simply unacceptable and resulted in us not even having the chance to try out the escape room.
When we arrived at "Let Me Out" on Friday evening, excited to embark on our escape room adventure, we were informed that the last available game had already begun at 9:30 PM. Feeling bewildered, we approached a staff member for clarification. Shockingly, their response was, "Yeah, the hours on the door are pretty outdated. Maybe we should fix them." It is incredibly frustrating to encounter such disregard for accurate information and customer satisfaction.
Due to their negligence and failure to provide updated and reliable information, our plans were ruined, and we were unable to experience the escape room we had eagerly anticipated. We had made arrangements and cleared our schedules, only to be left disappointed and frustrated by this ordeal. It is simply unacceptable for a business to offer false hope and waste the time and money of its customers.
I strongly caution anyone considering visiting "Let Me Out" to think twice. The lack of professionalism, combined with the misleading hours and the dismissive attitude of the staff, creates an atmosphere of disappointment. Spare yourself the frustration and explore other escape room options in the area that value their customers' time and provide accurate information.
"Let Me Out," it is crucial that you address these issues and rectify the situation promptly. Your customers deserve transparency and a...
Read moreThe first room my son and I tried was the Woods. This was a fun and fulfilling room. The puzzles were just right, made sense and had a story behind it. We had to ask for hints twice but otherwise it required some work and was fulfilling when we solved everything. Hoping for the same we came back for the the Kill room. It turned out to be the opposite of the Woods. While the woods has several puzzles that can be solved at once the Kill room is one puzzle at a time. While that isnât bad the problem is some of the props are not intuitive or work properly. Some of the push buttons donât work unless you press down hard. It would be nice if they tell u that before the game started because u waste time waiting for results but you donât realize the buttons arenât working. There are numbers that u have to read a certain way but itâs easy to read it wrong because the way the numbers are placed are uneven so the safe youâre working on locks for 5 min when you get it wrong after 3 tries. The only problem is that itâs easy to get it wrong so I feel the 5 min penalty is unnecessary because youâre penalized for a puzzle that leads u astray. Since the puzzles are solved in series you have nothing to do for that time. The saving grace is that theyâll work with you to solve the room when u ask for help. Although we didnât like this room weâre willing to come back to try a...
