Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

The first order was 11/6/2024 and I ordered with a delivery estimate of 7pm. I ALMOST got all of my order.. the wings were missing. After 7 total calls between the store and customer service, we get the LUKEWARM wings at 10:15pm. The person claiming to be the manager got an attitude with me and proceeded to blame EVERYTHING on the staff, excluding herself. The only thing customer service was even willing to do was assign a credit to my profile for the wings and 3 extra sauces I paid for. Fast forward to tonight 11/16/2024, and I get my pizza that’s folded in on itself and doesn’t contain the EXTRA pepperoni or mushrooms that I ordered. The wings looked like they were taken out of the oil too fast and made the sauce completely runny that it was dripping EVERYWHERE! Their service, product and staff have taken a nose dive straight into the abyss. We would rather forfeit our THOUSANDS of points than EVER order from there again. Grow up management and accept responsibility for your actions and the actions of your employees! This is absolutely appalling! If I could give ZEROS across the board, I would. So miserable! This is the 2nd time we've ordered from this location. My husband orders mine gluten free. They must think it's just a fad with me, because there is no way that they prepare my pizza gluten free! Just like last time - indigestion last night, woke up with headache in the middle of the night (that still isn't gone), diarrhea this morning, dry cough. Yuck! Gluten free is not a fashion statement! I have a serious health issue that requires that I never eat gluten! After the first time they brought a pizza that made me sick we thought it might have just been an oversight. Now it's clear that they just don't give a crap about their customers. All pizza companies say that there could be some cross contamination. Okay. I understand that. I've had gluten free pizzas from other locations that do go to the trouble to use gluten free flour. I have never before had an issue. This location, however, obviously doesn't try to take an precautions at all! The pizza they make for my husband and grandson come out fine, just don't order something special. If it was possible to give this place 0 stars, I would do that. I ordered two pizzas and gave special instructions to not cut the pizza and they didn't follow it. I ignored that and thought of it as a mistake and ate my pizza. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!! THERE WAS HAIR IN MY PIZZA!!! I called the store to complain about it and the manager said he would give me credit to get a free pizza next time. I called a different pizza hut to order my pizza today and they said that they didn't see my credit and told me to contact that pizza hut I got my credit from so that they could transfer it. I called and the first answer of the employees was that he can't do that because he doesn't know how to. Later I told the employee that I was going to write bad ratings about the pizza hut location because I wasn't satisfied at all by that pizza hut location and then that employee threatened to "mess me up" and "complain to his vice President and get all pizza hut services denied for me". That is extremely disrespectful and I am never going recommend this...
