Will never go there again.. Put money down on a washer & dryer that never got delivered.. I asked for my money back and was hung up on by the store manager. I called corporate to explain my situation and I was told I had to go to the store to get my money back.. Needless to say they also hit my account for my weekly payment.. I went to get my refund of the money I put down plus the weekly payment that was taken from my account.. I was able to get the weekly payment refunded but not the money I put down.. What a joke.. Getting the appliance was easy and cheap but I waited a month or more to be able to use the appliance due to having incorrect parts. During time I was waiting for part I was charged a rental fee that I shouldn't have been charged and now my biweekly payments are not on the dates I set up. I love having the appliance but with the payment agreement being messed up I am likely going to have to return...

All the furniture I have gotten is well kept and came to me undamaged but the dresser it had a few chip marks on the one side but not worried about it. A big shout out to all the employees at Franklin Rent-A-Center for all the help they have done for my family. All the employees are very friendly and professional when dealing with customers. If I had a choice I'd give more than 5 stars!...
