Watson's Florists — Local services in Sullivan

So disappointed. We heard such great things from our main wedding vendor, and despite the hard to reach manager who always seemed to be too busy, we believed she would pull through with flying colors like everyone said she would. This was not the case. Despite myself sending reference photos and being very clear on having real flowers, having a cascading waterfall like bouquet, and even wanting a huge flower piece for our archway at the wedding ceremony, these were not delivered. Flowers were replaced by fake ones without permission or notification, photos of the bouquets were sent the day before the wedding for confirmation which looked lovely but when viewed in person we realized we were tricked by how they carefully held and positioned the bouquets in the photos as they were MUCH smaller and not anything like what was written in the contract. We wanted cascading, sage like greenery and white flowers. We got a standard, white orb with sprigs. The archway had a measly strip of greenery when we wanted an arrangement of flowers on top that we would use for the reception as well. My throwing bouquet didn’t have the streamers I requested either, the few things I disctinicley requested couldn’t even be met and there was absolutely no communication from them. My whole vision for beautiful flowers wasn’t even close to what we wrote down and what was discussed. Working with Watson’s florist was frustrating with constant changes due to us having to remind them of the same elements on the multiple invoices as they would have missing pieces each time they sent the invoice via SNAIL MAIL. Or if we would try to communicate and plan to have a conference call, something came up and we would have to postpone. We requested we be reimbursed for the items we talked about since January that were not delivered and the new owners don’t want anything to do to help with the poor condition we were left in on a very special and important day. Shameful. This situation broke my heart and my photos I will keep for years won’t have a bouqet in it because of the poor...

Watson’s did a wonderful job on our wedding flowers! Misty was great from the beginning to the end. We discussed what I envisioned and she brought it to life! She went beyond my expectations. Through out the evening I would just sit back and take in all the beauty of the flowers and what she created for us! She truly made my evening. We were very pleased with their service. We were looking for a very special Pearl necklace for our niece to wear at her wedding something antique looking the very nice sales lady said I might just have what you are looking for low an behold she had one from an estate sale that she hadn't even put out yet.
